“I called short notice to see if I could get my bike boxed up following for a flight following completion of Great Divide Mountain Bike Route. Toby assured me he could squeeze me in….and then did the best and most thoughtful packing job I’ve ever had done…including those I’ve done myself. I even had one of those flexible short Mtb front fender things. Toby removed it to keep it from getting creased and bent…and then included a baggie of fresh zip ties for reinstall at my destination. TSA opened and inspected the box and everything arrived without an additional scratch. Reassembly was a breeze and everything functioned as it should. I don’t live in Tucson, but my sister does. 2nd time I’ve been in the shop and customer service both times were the best out of any bike shop I’ve ever been to…and at almost 50 years old and 13 long distance moves with the military….I’ve been to quite a few all over the country.”

“Campfire Cycling is awesome! I bought a frame bag, top tube bag, and water bottle cage from them 2 weeks ago. They originally sent me the wrong top tube bag, however Burger with customer service was really helpful by discounting a second purchase to get my original bag and I kept the second top tube bag! They shipped it out right away and it came just in time for a quick overnight 90-miler this past weekend. Thanks a bunch for getting me trail-ready!”

“Hi, I appreciate the service. Being able to order from you direct and have my bike shipped from Salsa to you, for assembly and testing before being shipped to me was great. The price was fantastic as well. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because the gear indexing was way off. Whoever assembled the bike obviously didn't fully test it. The gears wouldn't even move into the four lowest gears on the rear hub. The cable had way too much slack in it. After 3 hours of messing with it and the limit screw, I finally got it working right. If everything had been "ready to ride" I would have given 5 stars.”

“Ordered a new bike and they actually took it out of the box, set it up tubeless, repacked it and sent it to me. Packed well and super easy to put together. Was riding the trails and dialing it in less than an hour after I got it. Plus it was on sale and no sales tax so saved a good chunk of change. Would buy from them again.”

“Love this shop! Jake helped me find the right bike, Toby is a technical wizard, and Ellie built the bike perfectly when it came in. Haven't seen Josh in a while but he's always so smiley and gracious. Hosting community rides and taking care of friends' doggos is just the cherry on top.”
