“My first visit to campfire was most excellent! I rode my all city super pro over bc I was in the market for a rear rack. Burger hooked it up with a tumbleweed rack. What was rad was that I didn’t realize the time and that the shop was closing in like two minutes. Burger insisted on installing the rack on my bike despite the time. Thanks, Burger. Such great service.”

“I have been going to the guys at Campfire for all my bike related needs for almost two years. I have purchased a bike from them, had a number of routine repairs, and a couple of unexpected last minute fixes......like a cracked rear wheel days before a bikepacking trip. In each instance these guys have been exceptional. They are very knowledgeable and always take the time to discuss options for a repair. I highly recommend Campfire Cycling and I can assure you they will be getting all my bike business going forward!”

“I called short notice to see if I could get my bike boxed up following for a flight following completion of Great Divide Mountain Bike Route. Toby assured me he could squeeze me in….and then did the best and most thoughtful packing job I’ve ever had done…including those I’ve done myself. I even had one of those flexible short Mtb front fender things. Toby removed it to keep it from getting creased and bent…and then included a baggie of fresh zip ties for reinstall at my destination. TSA opened and inspected the box and everything arrived without an additional scratch. Reassembly was a breeze and everything functioned as it should. I don’t live in Tucson, but my sister does. 2nd time I’ve been in the shop and customer service both times were the best out of any bike shop I’ve ever been to…and at almost 50 years old and 13 long distance moves with the military….I’ve been to quite a few all over the country.”

“Campfire Cycling is awesome! I bought a frame bag, top tube bag, and water bottle cage from them 2 weeks ago. They originally sent me the wrong top tube bag, however Burger with customer service was really helpful by discounting a second purchase to get my original bag and I kept the second top tube bag! They shipped it out right away and it came just in time for a quick overnight 90-miler this past weekend. Thanks a bunch for getting me trail-ready!”
