“Campfire Cycling is awesome! I bought a frame bag, top tube bag, and water bottle cage from them 2 weeks ago. They originally sent me the wrong top tube bag, however Burger with customer service was really helpful by discounting a second purchase to get my original bag and I kept the second top tube bag! They shipped it out right away and it came just in time for a quick overnight 90-miler this past weekend. Thanks a bunch for getting me trail-ready!”

“Hi, I appreciate the service. Being able to order from you direct and have my bike shipped from Salsa to you, for assembly and testing before being shipped to me was great. The price was fantastic as well. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because the gear indexing was way off. Whoever assembled the bike obviously didn't fully test it. The gears wouldn't even move into the four lowest gears on the rear hub. The cable had way too much slack in it. After 3 hours of messing with it and the limit screw, I finally got it working right. If everything had been "ready to ride" I would have given 5 stars.”

“Ordered a new bike and they actually took it out of the box, set it up tubeless, repacked it and sent it to me. Packed well and super easy to put together. Was riding the trails and dialing it in less than an hour after I got it. Plus it was on sale and no sales tax so saved a good chunk of change. Would buy from them again.”

“I ordered a part from Campfire and all went smoothly with that. Then after the fact I noticed they are located in souther Arizona. Wanting to plan a bikepacking trip there in a couple of months I reached out for some info. I got an AMAZING email back from Burger that had a ton of local info. What a great experience for Burger and Campfire to go above and beyond the call of duty!!! Amazing Peeps!”

“I had my bike boxed up for a flight and Campfire did an amazing job. Everything was packed very securely; I couldn't believe how well everything was padded and tied down. “Before I get into this review a little background on how I ended up at Campfire. I used to ride 300 miles a week. I've done a lot of backpacking since 2010, starting with a solo ride from Tucson to Chicago. I was a runner doing sub 2 hour half Marathons. I was also climbing at an advanced level. All of that changed when I got sick 6 years ago with CFS/ME after a bad viral infection. CFS is similar to Long Covid. Needless to say, my whole life was flipped upside down. I went from being an active social person to being bed/housebound for the first 4 years. It's been a very long battle back to some semblance of normal. I still am in the recovery process but I'm now able to ride again with the help of an ebike. A friend told me about the awesomeness that Campfire is. They are not wrong. I went in there to buy the new Salsa Confluence. Ellie was incredibly helpful! I'm also autistic and new things can be a bit challenging. Ellie's warmth and knowledge made it incredibly easy for me. The shop is at the heart of downtown on Toole. It is gorgeous! I'm thrilled with what they are doing for the bikepacking community here in Tucson. I hope I can one day do big rides again. Supporting local bike shops is so important. Campfire is my go-to local spot from now on. Thanks, Campfire Cycling for making getting back on my bike so much easier.”
