“Ordered a wideloader and a mini magic carpet. The items were sent quickly and arrived in Norway after a fortnight. No damage to the package. Would recommend and use again.”

“At the moment I still did not receive the goods. Sent 8 days ago and the tracking number ends at give to the forwarder in Europe. No more tracking possible. I hope the bags will arrive sometime.”

“I am from out of town ,these people took me right in ,and adjusted my derailiur for free. The next day I had a flat tire across town, they were open on Sunday and fixed me up in 15 minutes. Very friendly and professional people.”

“The prices were great and beat all other sites. Shipping was quick and delivery was as expected. Navigating the website however, is quite difficult. Suggestion: When I search for a keyword (like "eagle"), give me an option to search the whole site. Rather then being forced to select a catagory. I initially left the site thinking you didn't have all the parts I needed. Then later realized I had to do several searches to select several different catagories (shifters, derailures, cassettes, etc).”

“Yes product was as described. The only thing I could advise customers is to pick at checkout the express shipping. Do not pick the 8.00 option. It takes a lot longer. It’s the postal service snell mail.”

“After scouring the web for an item, it was BikeShopHub.com that not only had it in stock, but had the lowest price to boot! The online ordering was painless and well laid out. The item arrived in an acceptable amount of time and communication was great. Fortunately, I had no reason to test their customer service skills other than placing an order as everything arrived as described and in perfect shape.
