“The number one thing that made me happy about BikeShopHub.com was the availability of adventure cycling gear. As I began to get my feet wet in the bikepacking world, it's not always easy to find bike shops that cater to the needs of adventure cyclists. The lbs around me have some bags in stock, but almost all of them are for local commuting. It was refreshing to find one place that has a variety of bikepacking accessories from several manufacturers. On top of this, prices were quite reasonable, shipping was prompt, and communication was amazing! Thanks guys! My new Ortlieb frame pack has been amazing so far. I can't wait to get it out on an extended Oregon adventure this summer.”

“It's not always easy finding good bikepacking equipment in-stores in Malaysia, and I was worried the shipping would be prohibitively expensive or take too long. Fortunately that is not the case with bikeshophub. I received my stem bag and salsa cage way earlier than I expected and at a great price. Definitely will shop here again! Thanks guys!”

“Excellent, expert and friendly service with a personal touch. While I found BSH online, I live close by and decided to visit their physical site here in Tucson. Very impressive, and Matt quickly set me up with the helmet mirror I was looking for. I bought the EVT Safe Zone Mirror, convinced that I should give it a try after watching Josh's video demo on the BSH website. The mirror was easy to install. It is solid in design and construction and exceptionally stable—stays solidly in place and exhibits a minimum of vibration even over the roughest patches. I ride a bike and a recumbent trike, and angle adjustments between the two seating positions are a snap and stay in place. The mirror's face is larger than previous helmet mirrors I've used, and at first glance I thought it might be too large. However, I found the coverage to be superior to my previous mirror and I readily adjusted to the wider scope of vision. On the other hand, my wife considers the size to be somewhat ungainly from a sartorial standpoint, but in terms of effectiveness I don't think it can be beat. Besides, I gave up attempting to make fashion statements long ago. Indeed, I highly recommend it to the paranoid and paranoid at heart: keep your helmet on at all times because no one is going to sneak up behind you with this baby.”

“Although delivery took a while to start due to a backorder issue, the goods arrived safely and assembled trouble free. This was a Robert Axle Project and encompassed a few unknowns for me. BikeShopHub removed the unknowns expertly and all went well.”

“My latest order was fairly simple. A couple of the E110 deep hooks for the bottom of my Ortleib panniers. As usual, BikeShopHub had the parts I needed, at a competitive price, and got them to me in a reasonable amount of time. I enjoy shopping with them when I can. Now if they only had BikeShopHub Prime so I could stream biking movies to my computer. ;-)”
