“After scouring the web for an item, it was BikeShopHub.com that not only had it in stock, but had the lowest price to boot! The online ordering was painless and well laid out. The item arrived in an acceptable amount of time and communication was great. Fortunately, I had no reason to test their customer service skills other than placing an order as everything arrived as described and in perfect shape. I will not hesitate to order from BikeShopHub.com in the future and have bookmarked them to check their website first.”

“I wanted to get a special gift for my son for Christmas, but was afraid to order on line, as there were only a few left in stock. So, I called and a wonderful person helped me order it immediately, so my order was filled and shipped right away - plenty of time for Christmas! The item was impressive, and my son was very pleased. “The Bike Shop Hub had the best price on the Burley trailer I was looking for, but way over and above price was their service level. My trailer shipped the same day I ordered it. They shipped FedX Residential delivery, so the shipping was fast and right to my property gate. I would highly recommend The Bike Shop Hub to my friends and anyone who is in the market for bike related items”

For anyone reading this review, the item was in fact delivered to the customer according to the shipping tracking. Upon seeing this review, we reached out to them to attempt to help figured out what went wrong and help resolve the issue. We haven't yet heard anything back from the customer, but will be happy to help if and when we hear from them.
