“The order was delivered in a reasonable time. I've been needing a B.O.B trailer QR skewer for some time now but everywhere has been on backorder, fine Campefire Cycling had some so I am very pleased.”

“CampfireCycling.com has always gone above and beyond in the customer service department! I have ordered the wrong item and they’ve let me return and exchange it with no problem. Their in stock items blow every one else away. Very quick shipping. Highly competitive pricing. Quick and friendly responses to questions. I can’t say enough good things about this shop. I’m on the other side of the country and have never set foot in their store, but the service I’ve received from them every time puts them on my bucket list for places to visit. “Campfire is a legit customer focused bike shop. I ordered from their website and received a call from Toby within 2 days or ordering, and he asked me how much I wanted him to disassemble for shipping. The packing was stellar and arrived quick. I will and would order again. If I’m ever in Tucson, I’m dropping in to say what’s up.”

“Ordered BOB trailer parts which were on backorder. They kept me informed on changes as they happened. When the padded envelope arrived, there was a hole in the envelope and the long bolt was missing. Only thing in the envelope was the Quick Release Axle, a small washer and matches. Called Campfire and they got another one coming. Had a hole in this envelope ALSO, but luckily the bolt did not slide out. The Problem is this long bolt was NOT In a separate Plastic Bag and it Pokes a hole in the padded envelope! The issue was handled very well, But for future shipments, this long bolt needs to be wrapped separately in plastic or a plastic bag before inserting in the envelope. Thanks, Steve”

“Purchased from Campfire after finding the bike on line. Called Campfire and the entire transaction was very professional and easy. Staff extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Purchased the bike and it was shipped out the next day. Received it in 4 days and was packaged and protected very well. Easily assembled, and was out riding in minutes. Best customer service on a purchase I have had in a very long time. Absolutely recommend them .”
