Campfire Cycling offers top notch cycling products at very competitive prices and responds quickly to any questions/concerns. “They had the gear that I needed. Easy to navigate their website to make the purchase. I appreciated that they were able to ship to Canada with the postal service. I find the shipping costs are less and brokerage fees are more reasonable. I received updates on my order. Next time we get in the area, we'll be sure to drop by.”

“In Sep 2021 found a Salsa Fargo frameset at Campfire that I had ordered through another shop in Jan 2021 (with no delivery date!). Toby responded to my initial email inquiry in about an hour. I called him soon after that and he filled my order while I was on the phone with him! Great customer service!”

“While I love the idea of working with my Local Bike Shop (LBS) - many of us are either too far away from well stocked ones, or at a level of cycling that our LBS can't always support it. I was excited to find CampFire Cycling - a small, personal shop with high quality gravel & bike packing support and merchandise. I was surprised to get a call about my tire size affecting my rack I ordered to make sure that I can run the larger tires that I do. Thats great service, and it fit well. I will look to Campfire for my next bike build.”

“Great store in one of my favorite buildings in downtown Tucson. I love having a bike store so close to where I live; only downside is they're only open till 5 and closed on Sundays which limits me to shopping there on Saturday afternoon only. The person who helped us was very patient and friendly.”

“Super psyched on these guys! I hadn’t heard of them so I was a bit nervous but they literally had my order to me in 2 days! They also sent stickers which as mountain biker I really appreciate that. 10/10 would recommend!”

“Toby is great to work with. Needed a brake adjustment and he got me in and out within a few hours of my inquiry. He also cleaned my bike and recommended a new chain which I realized later, I really needed. Highly recommend this shop.”

“My first order was the wrong product. Companies make mistakes, and a lot depends on how companies deal with them. I gave them 5 stars because I followed their directions and sent them an email response with what they asked for. The next day I got an email back from them and then a phone call. They paid for the return and sent out the right product that very day, and I received it a few days later for a short overnight trip I was doing. They stood behind their product, and I'll order more products from them. Good job, guys. Rushford.”
