“Campfire Cycling is a lovely space in downtown Tucson. Older architecture with modern bicycles. Management / Josh is knowledgeable and pleasant. Easy to speak with , especially about bicycles. I purchased a helmet. Can’t wait for my bicycle to arrive so that I’ll have use of the helmet.”

“We had a really excellent experience here at Campfire Cycling. I dropped off 2 battered bikes for repair and a spruce up. We were catered to immediately which was great. The delightful lady who took charge of the repairs was brilliant - very knowledgeable and professional and completely attuned to what we needed. We pretty much do just short cycle rides along the river in Tucson and Campfire Cycling got us back in the saddle quickly and efficiently. The service was above and beyond what we expected and we were given great advice about areas to watch out for on our bikes concerning wear and tear. Their bicycle selection looked great too and so when I have graduated to something fancier then I will be back to shop around.”

“Great shop. Employees are pretty helpful. However, a couple of employees/mechanics were bickering about workloads and that someone needs to get started on their work and why haven't they started yet. These are not the type of conversations customers want to hear. What made me want was to leave. If you want a cool bikepacking bag in Tucson or even on the internet, this is the place.”

“I was hesitant to order my new Salsa Fargo online but saw from their website that Campfire Cycling had a actual store which was a little reassuring. After a conversation with Jacob I could tell he was a bike guy and not just some slick salesman and felt much more relaxed. He agreed the bike I was thinking of was a good choice and said they had one left in my size that was currently on display. He said they would disassemble, repackage it and ship to me (2400 miles away) arrived flawless because of their great repackaging job. I'll be looking for more things to buy from them because of the great experience”

“I am totally new to bikepacking and know very little about bikes. I went in to get help with a bike I bought off Craigslist. The Tucson shop was so helpful! Toby helped me adjust the fit of the bike, showed me the various ways to use packs from the store, and made suggestions of items that Campfire doesn’t even carry to complete my setup. Best of all, he treated me with a ton of respect even when I asked dumb questions. Best shop ever!”

“When bikepacking in Alaska last year, I was constantly taking out my phone to snap photos of the scenery. The issue was my phone was tucked away in my rear pannier, so every time I wanted a picture, I had to dismount. What a pain! I didn't want it in my pant or jersey pocket (fear of falling out, getting sweaty, or crushed if I happened to crash). Before my trip to Mexico, I knew I would want (NEED) something different. I looked everywhere for a top bar bag that would be easily accessible with one hand, big enough for my Galaxy s21 ultra and wallet, but not a gaudy monstrosity. My new bike also had top bar mounting capability, so I wanted that instead of straps. For a moment, I thought I would have to create my own bag from scratch; BUT, when I came across this, I knew I had found the one. Could it be too good to be true? I balked at the price, but thought, if it works, it'll be worth every penny. AND IT WAS!! Due to time constraints, I had to pay for 2 day shipping-- also worth every penny! I never thought I'd love a product so much. It's perfect. After such a successful trip around Southern Baja, I have the opposite of buyer's remorse; I have consumer's stoke! I 100% recommend this bag. *two additional notes: 1) it fit my phone, wallet (mine is pretty slim), and glasses case 2) the lettering started to peel within a week, but still stoked about the bag”

“I had a 2023 Salsa Spearfish on order but canceled it once I realized that I could purchase one with Sram components from Campfire Cycling(CC) I also liked the color combinations of the Campfire bike. When I called CC I was directed to Toby who is very friendly and accommodating. He had no problem changing some aspects of my build from the standard build in order for me to add personal touches to really make this build my own. Toby worked with me every step of the way and never once made me feel like I was being a pain in the butt with my questions. From the time of my call and purchase to receiving the Spearfish on my doorstep 1,400 miles away was about 8 days. That is crazy fast. The bike arrived in perfect condition, very well packed and padded and took me about 15 minutes to assemble the major parts. I am very happy with the service, attention to detail and the feeling that this was not just a business transaction but that I made also some friends in the process. I have no reservations about purchasing from or recommending a purchase or build from Campfire Cycling again. Jeffrey Abrams, Sioux Falls. Sd”
