“I had a 2023 Salsa Spearfish on order but canceled it once I realized that I could purchase one with Sram components from Campfire Cycling(CC) I also liked the color combinations of the Campfire bike. When I called CC I was directed to Toby who is very friendly and accommodating. He had no problem changing some aspects of my build from the standard build in order for me to add personal touches to really make this build my own. Toby worked with me every step of the way and never once made me feel like I was being a pain in the butt with my questions. From the time of my call and purchase to receiving the Spearfish on my doorstep 1,400 miles away was about 8 days. That is crazy fast. The bike arrived in perfect condition, very well packed and padded and took me about 15 minutes to assemble the major parts. I am very happy with the service, attention to detail and the feeling that this was not just a business transaction but that I made also some friends in the process. I have no reservations about purchasing from or recommending a purchase or build from Campfire Cycling again. Jeffrey Abrams, Sioux Falls. Sd”

“Tubus Titanium Airy Rack. Trying to save. A few $ $ by ordering from a big online retailer in Germany....was a mistake. Loss of money, failed delivery, NO customer service. Finding Campfire Cycling was a treasure. Excellent customer service....they even have real customer service people to talk to you on the phone. While browsing their inventory, they sent me a 10% discount code + free shipping ! Waahoo ! I was in. My order was delivered within 5 days. I really selected Campfire Cycling because they promote and sponsor a thriving cycling and adventure community. Lesson learned.....it's not worth buying from overseas to save a buck or two. Buy local American Cycling businesses...in the end campfire saved me $$ and time with a quick delivery. I'll buy from them again. Thanks Campfire Cycling.”

“Great service. CampfireCyscling responded promptly to my email enquiries regarding a Salsa Cycles seat clamp listed on their website. I bought the item from them because of their friendly, fast responses. Delivery was a little slow, but I have come to expect that from USA vendors when I live half way round the world in Australia :)”

“Campfire cycling saved my riding season and provided customer experience that I haven't found anywhere else. I inquired about an order outside the lower 48 and they responded super fast and found a way to ship a monster build all within a couple weeks. The bike shipped in secure packaging and without any issue. They responded super quick with all communication throughout the entire process and even helped get my bike adjusted for my height/weight. Thanks to everyone at Campfire Cycling for such a buttery smooth purchase process and going above and beyond to get my bike built.”

“I had been wanting to get an Oveja Negra Bodega full frame bag for an upcoming bike packing trip through the Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument, and didn't have my bike with me. I called Campfire Cycling shortly before they were to close for the day and got a great rep on the phone who took the time to measure a bike of the same brand and size as mine to get the correct size. He was completely helpful and patient with my questions. Once we had the size figured out, he told me if I went to the on-line ordering site, there was still time to get the bag out with the afternoon's shipments. Within a few days I had received my order and put it to use immediately. Great service and great product!”
