“I could not be happier with the service Matt provided me at Bikeshophub. From a personal phone call when he realized I wasn't receiving his e-mail replies, to many more phone calls and e-mails helping me with selection and installation, he helped me get the part I needed for my "out of production" Kidarooz trailer so my kids and I could get back on the road. The distance between my location in WA and his in AZ didn't make a difference. I received amazing service from start to finish. Thank you, Matt!”

“I thought I ordered a new stock Ortlieb seat bag however what showed up was a bag without any original packaging that had a few scuff marks on it, etc. It appeared to be a return. It was close enough to be in acceptable condition that it wasn't worth it to return but I will not be shopping with this vendor in the future.”

“I couldn't be happier with these guys! I got an email saying that my bag was on backorder and attached at the bottom of the email with the phone number of the warehouse manager, Darren. I called him up and within three minutes he had tracked down a few of the bags and within hours after that I got a notification that my order had been shipped. It arrived a few days later packed properly and in great condition. The description on the website was exactly what I needed for my bicycle. Thank you guys! You have earned a customer for life.”
