“I found a "hard to find" product (Ortlieb Quick Rack) at Campfire Cycling and was overjoyed because long ago, Campfire was a hometown shop (before it was Campfire and before it was in Tucson). I always feel better when I shop "local" and even though I'm not in Arizona anymore, it was nice to find what I needed at a good price. Delivery was super fast too. That's nice when you're planning a trip and you need that gear sooner than later.”

“I was looking for my Surly forever in my size and color. I’m glad there was a wait and was able to make my purchase from Toby at Campfire! I drove all the way down from NW Peoria to pick it up and well worth it. The shop is one of the coolest looking bike shops I’ve been to. I made a call to confirm they had it. Toby helped me every step of the way. He answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable when I thought my questions were dumb haha! He couldn’t have been more professional, kind and helpful which I think people need when getting into something new. I really wish it was closer in Phoenix. I’ll definitely be making a trip down soon!”

“Campfire is the only choice for bikepacking-touring gear no matter what one is looking for. Big brand variety. Can't go wrong. Local to Tucson owned, better than chain store pricing. Fast shipping, knowledgeable staff. 5 stars.”

“Bought a bike and delivery got a bit mixed up. It eventually got all figured out and Campfire was on top of it the whole time. It all worked out, just a bit later than anticipated. An honest mistake. I would not hesitate to use them again.”

“Excellent interaction with Campfire Cycling. After searching far and wide for a specific product, I found it at Campfire. Ordering was easy and shipping was prompt and arrived quickly. Opened the package on a Sunday and quickly realized the product manufacturer had short shipped a small but critical part and that Campfire could not see the packing error when they sent the package. An email on Sunday resulted in a reply on Monday morning and Campfire immediately shipping me a complete replacement at no charge. Most excellent experience.”
