“Exceedingly pleasant and knowledgeable. Came to look at full frame bag options for upcoming trip. Received valuable insights into bag material & design making my choice easy. Ellie & Toby provided route insight and water cache intel as well. The team gave a cohesive and competent vibe. It was easy for me to ascertain the level of involvement the staff has within the community as well as the bikepacking community at-large. Happy to support the Campfire team!!”

“I had a flat tire on my bike right in front of the store. The gentleman working was so very helpful—darn I wish I remembered his name. He carried my bike into the store, he was very kind, knowledgeable, helpful and just great at customer service. I will definitely come back.”

“What’s not to love? The shop setting on Toole Ave is wonderful. The staff are knowledgeable and welcoming. The bikes, equipment, and service are all top notch. And the community they’ve built around bikes is a beautiful thing.”

“Toby and crew were fantastic. I took my bike in twice and they were able to fix the shifting and get me back on the gravel. After those two visits, they have definitely earned go to status any time I'm in Tucson.”

“Contacted CampfireCycling via email with some basic questions about whether a Tubus bike rack would fit my specific bike. Got an answer back the same day including info that they had the item in stock and since they also had my model bike on hand they had double-checked to see that it did actually fit. Sent an order the next day and it was delivered a few days later. Fits perfectly and the price was in line with the best prices I could find anywhere else online. Highly recommend this place. I would buy from them again”

“Great shop with good selection of gear. Could walk in and ride out well equipped for bikepacking adventures. Have been to the shop a couple of times and had excellent customer service each time with lots of attention and assistance picking out gear. They have a good selection of bikes and bike ephemera. Talked with one of the mechanics as well and she was knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely my favorite shop in Tucson....Though they need to get some black surlys in. The egg plant and peach colors this year are 🤮”
