“They sent a return from another customer. Didn’t even bother to try and hide it! The customer’s receipt was still in the box. 😃 It was apparently ordered through their other website. Luckily the unit was only slightly scuffed from shipping and showed no sign of actual use by the previous customer. False advertising is commonplace in the eCommerce world.”

“Bought a Tubus Evo Logo Rack and it came in great shape and it was a great price. Fit on my bike perfectly and is a great rack for my Vaude bags.”

“I ordered Tubas racks during the Memorial Day sale. Great price. Even the regular price was cheaper than Amazon for the same items. They got it to me quick. Everything was pakaged well; no damage. Pricing for other items on their website was very competetive. I will shop here again and you should too.”

“These guys saved my ass and got me on the road with a back-ordered skewer for my Bob trailer. Dang, these things were unobtainable, not even used on eBay. Sooo thankful they got me back on the road.”
