“They sent a return from another customer. Didn’t even bother to try and hide it! The customer’s receipt was still in the box. 😃 It was apparently ordered through their other website. Luckily the unit was only slightly scuffed from shipping and showed no sign of actual use by the previous customer. False advertising is commonplace in the eCommerce world.”

“Since you asked, selling roundstays individually is odd. Not sure why they don't come in pairs or why I'd order one on it's own. I ordered another rack from a manufacturer and they emailed to clarify based on the accessories I ordered and made changes. I think a clarification email in this case would have been appreciated as I'm not ordering piece after piece at $5/ to ship.”

“The shipping calculator indicated shipping costs at $4.03. When I ordered the component I was charged $6.00. I was quite unhappy being charged 50% more than calculated. Remove the calculator if you do not use it for shipping costs.”

“The item I purchased was a gift and it was shipped in the wrong color. Although the item was just what I wanted the fact that it was white and not black as ordered made the gift disappointing.”

“I thought I ordered a new stock Ortlieb seat bag however what showed up was a bag without any original packaging that had a few scuff marks on it, etc. It appeared to be a return. It was close enough to be in acceptable condition that it wasn't worth it to return but I will not be shopping with this vendor in the future.”
