I recently bought the Kona Sutra LTD. I called the store with many questions a couple of times and received the best customer service anyone could ask for. Surpassed it, actually. Spoke to Toby once and Chad…..I think…..the next. I’m new to cycling and want to add racks, computer, lighting to my bike for a long trip. Not having the knowledge nor experience, I had and still have many questions. My experience with my perchase was ok. My bike arrived by mail. I YouTubed videos for help on getting know my bikes components. That’s when I realized the cable to my seat was broken. It doesn’t automatically adjust and the cable looked a bit frailed. It didn’t work like the ones in the videos I found. I just found a confortable position and left it for now. I live in a small town, with no shop around……nearest Kona dealer is 5 hours away and they want to charge since I didn’t buy my bike there. I just chalked It up to a loss and blame the shipping, not the shop. I may do business with Campfire Cyling based solely on the curtesy I received over the phone, when I figure out what all I need. I went to the Tucson location, loved the store. The man behind the register at the computer, despite the store being nearly empty, didn't even look up when I asked him a question. He seem entirely disinterested in fulfilling the bare essentials of quality customer service, including the minimum eye contact needed to effectively communicate

The service was great. Went in to repair a flat for my kid's trailer. I bought a tube and they replaced within 15 minutes.

Waited a long time to get a Salsa Anything carrier for MTB, like months. Good news, it was winter in AK. Product yet to be ridden with, seems solid.

Frame shipped and arrived quickly. However the box was opened and not sure how that happened and the SURLY head badge adhesive is peeling from one corner.

Shopping is experience was perfect. Shipping however is not very good. I paid twice as much for shipping then my item to have my order for a trip. It’s now going on two plus weeks and still don’t have my order.

I had a couple of issues early. One, I ordered from CFC because they said they had the hard-to-get Revelate bag in stock when they didn't. Two, I checked on it after the new due date and told I would get it by a certain date. When it didn't arrive, it turns out they had a glitch that let it slip through the cracks. But I got it shortly after that and it's a great bag. They didn't give me any attitude, just owned up to their mistake.

The item arrived in perfect condition, and on time. The inability to contact anyone over the weekend, for an "online" store was frustrating. (I understand you have a physical location). Additionally, both the website and the phone message stated a specific time that someone would be available, by phone, and they weren't for quite a while after. It just kept saying it was outside "open" hours, which was not accurate. I did appreciate getting a call back later, but when you are doubling the cost of the product to get it shipped ASAP, it would be nice to have someone available, at least during stated open times, to verify shipment.

I received the clips to hold the Yak BOB trailer onto my bike, but instead of receiving the two clips with nylon lanyard that It appeared I was ordering, I received four metal clips. If the clips with lanyard are no longer available, that should be made clear to anyone ordering this item in the future.

The shipment of the same two bags ordered came two weeks apart, not instructions on how to install or what the extra hardware is for. the product itself is very well made although the snaps to collapse the bag when not in use should snap to the outside not to the back of the bag,
