“My panniers came in just a few days. They were missing a strap, clearly not the fault of Campfire Cycling as they were in the factory packaging regardless. Once notified they immediately sent me a new strap. They communicated with me until they knew I had all I needed. I would gladly shop with Campfire Cycling again. A great company with exceptional customer service.”

“The website is easy to navigate and I was able to find the products I needed with ease. I am not a very techy person so making it easy to navigate helps out so much. If I have any questions I can email them easily. I would recommend using them eveytime you need backpacking equipment.”

“Fantastic customer service! Josh went above and beyond in making sure my overnight delivery order (for a Revelate Spinelock saddle pack) received late in the day got shipped that same day. Item received next day, tested (very satisfactorily ) on my bike, and 2 days later bike with bag is on it’s way to east coast for the start of a east to west Trans Am tour. 5 stars to Josh, Campfire Cycling, and the Revelate Spinelock pack.”

“The guys got me in for the morning I requested. Then they installed new tires on my Cutthroat and my wife's Fargo in the flash of time that it took us to bop over to El Charro and enjoy a bowl of posole. I like everything about this shop. (Photo is from our first bikepacking trip in the wilds of Wyoming, July 1985.)”
