When I called I explained that to the woman on the phone, she assured me I would receive a call back that afternoon if not the next day. I never received a call back.
They added charges on my closure without telling me, would not respond to any emails/ phone calls.
Definitely rip you off.”

“When I have a deal that I can't place with an A lender I reach out to Kiersti through email with details. She is quick to reply to me and asks for any clarification, usually with a phone call. Once I submit the deal I hear from CMI quickly with an offer that they have me run past my clients. If I don't like something, or the client doesn't like something CMI is responsive to feedback. Closing is smooth with them and Kiersti is a great advocate for brokers and clients. Thumbs up!”
