“Great variety of goods and good prices, however your floor helpers don’t know anything about your products and are difficult to understand. I don’t even ask for help anymore. What’s with this???”
“For the most part I am happy with most of my Canadian Tire experiences but I do wish that when I get email notifications for sales or promotions from Canadian tire that I would be able to actually read them as about 50% result in a "Bad Request" message when I click on the offer. As a result I miss a lot of the correspondence that you send me. The message suggests that the link is too lengthy to process. Surely I am not the only person who experiences this. I'm sure that Canadian tire is missing out on a fair number of sales because of this issue. It would be very helpful to you and to me and other potential shoppers if this could be fixed.”
“I purchase some items at Canadian Tire out of convenience. However, their flyers and advertising are incredibly vague and I think purposely misleading. Rather than provide an actual price on many products, they provide an annoying advertisement that often says "up to 30% off on select models" with a wide price range noted in small print. They obviously are purposely trying to avoid price comparison with their competitors which fundamentally infers a lack of competitive pricing. Disappointing approach and no longer will get me down to the store as it is a waste of my time.”
“I have been an employee of Canadian tire for over 3yrs and the customers that come in are lazy irresponsible lack education and have no basic knowledge and are useless when it comes to self help it’s really sad that these days with the givin technology and cell phone at their fingertips they lack the basics they expect a lot of an user paid minimum wage teen ager to hold by hand like babies”
“My husband took the company truck to have snow tires installed at Canadian Tire on Dundas St. Cambridge, he had $210 gift cards inside the vehicle sun visor, when he picked up the truck the gift cards were gone, went back to service desk reported it, left contact info, its been a week no call back, my wife called in spoke to service manager, was told that he knows his guys, they would never take anything, said that I probably misplaced them.
He was going to check the camera. Still not a call back.
Please stay clear of the service department.
Poor customer service.”
