Woke our house up just after 7am still dark to put your charity bag in our letterbox! Set the dogs off and wasn,t light! Your phone lines don,t open til 9am yet you intrude at properties in the dark.

Nilton the shop manager at East Sheen is professional, hardworking, extremely helpful and the shop always has lovely items to sell. I always go there and the customer service is amazing

Catterick Garrison store manager Michelle needs to learn customer service skills. Awful experience, rude and aggressive manner to disabled customers. Don't waste your money here

Cancer Research shop is a great way to buy your everyday gifts and also fantastic Christmas products. It makes me happy because the money goes towards the research and help saving lives.

On the Wednesday that I called there was a gentle feeling of efficient professionalism in a shop manned mostly by volunteers . The shop was clean, well stocked and the music was appropriate ( not brash pop!). The staff were very welcoming, very helpful, giving time to sort out my query as well as dealing with a foreign visitor's problems with our money .

Visited on Wednesday. Lovely atmosphere with appropriate music. Charming staff at counter and around the shop. Well worth a visit!

Overall I find the Cancer shops very good but one massive annoyance is the fact that the one in Clydebank has large signs advertising "everything £3 £2 and £1" but inside there are items way above this. It's not just one or two, examples are :- coats £7.50 shoes £5 a quilt £15 and others. I have already complained about this but nothing was done, If these articles are worth the money I have no complaint, it's the fact of the misleading signs
