“I was searching for a particular bowl to replace a much-loved one that got broken and Candle and Blue had it in stock! There was a slight hiccup when the courier (an external company) delivered it to the wrong house but it was re-directed by a helpful neighbour with no harm done. More importantly, while we were trying to find out what had happened, Natalie from Candle & Blue was endlessly helpful and reassuring - friendly too. I will be very happy to buy from this lovely business again.”

“The Product, a print of Ofa the otter, and delivery were excellent as was the information needed regarding the purchase and the friendly response from Natalie.
Your website, however, I found confusing. A frame was required for the print but only one was offered, which we didn't like and elected to buy a frame from another source but when I went onto your site again, using different links, I discovered many frames, albeit for different prints by different artists all on the website of Candle and Blue. By then of course it was too late.
The Print was very much appreciated by my daughter - her Xmas present - and that is the main thing.
