“The cannon TR4720 has got to be the worst printer I have ever owned. I literally can’t make a copy of anything. It keeps saying load paper and it has paper. I bought a brand new ink b&w and it says I’m low on ink. This printer should not even be sold , it’s so frustrating that I can’t make a copy let alone try and print something off my computer. What a HUGE waste of of money”
“I purchased a Canon EOSR7. I have been working with it for over a month now.
This is a grossly overrated and overpriced piece of junk.
Not user-friendly.
Terrible customer service. I called three times and was not able to get any help.
There is no easy way to get your photos from the camera to your computer, where you normally want your pictures to go.
They have an okay app for your cellphone, but it is not necessary.
The owner’s manual is garbage, poorly written and frustrating.
I thought I would buy a new camera; my old canon was 15 years old, that it would be better. I’m back to using my old camera.
This is the last canon product I will buy.
I have the same issues with my canon printer.
It is a shame; they used to make good products.”
