“This was my third order. First two were fine. This one was ordered May 19th and tracking shows shipped May 27 and has been hung-up in transit since June 2nd. Called customer service and Heather placed a re-order, which probably won't arrive by Father's Day. Today is June 9.”

“The picture was not corrected at all and was too "brilliant" to use at all. I paid for picture corrections but it was obviously not done or not possible. Either way the picture was obviously not satisfactory.”

“The last canvas I ordered was not good. Did not fit the canvas and someone should have notice that it was sized wrong before shipping.”

“I ordered 8 canvases! Absolutely loved each one, but still haven’t received 3 pieces! It’s been over 3 months! Wasn’t able to track the missing canvases because I wasn’t sent my receipt! I was charged. Great service till this happened.”
