“I have used you often and it keeps getting worse. your promo is a joke. the girl on the phone said BOGO meant you have to buy 2 to get one free. the picture you me sent cut off the mermaids tail. please send another one for free. what has happened there in the last few months? it is not the same company i remember.”

“Overall my experience was good. I was not fully satisfied with the two color images, however I believe the color was off in the photograph. So I won’t fault you for that. I Will definitely keep you on a list of possible suppliers in the future. As I am currently looking for a permanent supplier for my prints.”

“Order process is easy. Shipping time was adequate. Quality of image once printed and quality of wrap around wood frame were not up to our standard. Heavy construction.”

“I am so grateful for the work of Canvas Print Factory--they were attentive to the quality of the image I sent in, and did a fantastic job overall. My only comment would be to add a few more staples on the back to hold down a few pieces of the canvas more securely--this is more of a cosmetic vs. functional critique. Peace!”
