“Do NOT order prints from this company. My 8x10 and 12x18 photos came rolled up in a tube, meaning they were completely ruined. I spoke to customer service and they said they'd send new ones that were shipped flat. However, they came the same way, rolled up in a tube. When I asked why, they said that's the only way they can ship it. I do not have a clear answer why they didn't say that in the first place. Complete waste of money. Buy elsewhere.”
“I ordered a picture print with express delivery which cost me extra but I received the print after two weeks and also canvas ripped due to bad packaging.

“They have messed with my order several times. This time it was really too much they would crop the prints and then upon complaining they would offer the prints when I confirm through email to send me the print they were stop responding. I contacted them many times, but none of them would reply at all every time I get to hear the same stupid question that I should receive the confirmation within 24 to 48 hours and this is totally, annoying. If this is happening to anybody, I would recommend to keep secure all the chat transcripts and emails and then file a claim against them to your bank or credit card company, so that you can receive your money back”
“The canvases had bad canvas and bad wood. The wood showed through. There were wrinkles in the canvases. They were trash. They refused to give me a refund and just gave me hours and hours of grief.”
“In two orders in March I spent, $491.99 first and then $ 236.04. The first order was good, reason because I placed a second one. In this order, the big canvas was printed with a wrong temperature, too warm. In addition, another two canvas were built bad, mixing the color border with the edges of the pictures. I contacted customer service a week ago and they asked me a pic of the wrong canvas. I sent it, and then, customer service asked me a "picture" of the wrong canvas in JPG to upload and reprint it. After that, I replied with my concern to decrease the quality of my canvas using a picture of the canvas instead a new file in high quality to avoid the problem again. After that, they the stop to respond, ignoring totally my request. We receive what we pay. Low quality finish and lack of customer service. Do not waiste your time and money if you want a quality job. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE.”
“Ordered a couple blankets through them. One was fleece instead of fleece sherpa. Customer support literally zero help through email. Called them. Said already printed, even though it had been less than 24 hours, it wouldn't get to me for two weeks and I had already emailed immediately about it. Told me I only had to pay $6 shipping to upgrade to fleece sherpa. They sent me a fleece. Literally stole $6 from me and my time for absolutely no reason. So I'm taking my business back to Shutter Fly. You should too”
“Ordered custom playing cards, their website allowed me to upload individual images as the product faces. At no point was it shown in preview images that I would be receiving a generic card face. $59 later and I have two useless decks of cards where the back displays a card value and so does the front. On raising a claim & attempting to sort it out with the company and they couldn't care less and continue to try and justify their position. There are way too many print businesses out there to mess around with a company like this that supplies faulty product and has contempt for their customers.”
“First order was perfect and received way ahead of time. 2nd order was perfect, but way after estimated time. Ive had no real issues, but reading these other reviews make me nervous to order again. Love the products i got. Concerned because i can't figure out where they are located (GJ)?”
“I am highly disappointed by your quality of service. I placed this order and paid EXTRA amount to expedite the shipment so i could receive it today but i DID NOT. When i placed the order it said delivery would be on 16th which was a false promise. As a lay customer I'm not bothered if its your behind the scene issue or courier company issue all i know is i was promised of delivery on 16th. Your order is complete only when the customer receives your product and not when it is out of your eye sight. I had great experience with your product quality and service quality in the past and that made me your repeated customer but regret it now. This time customer service was pathetic. I couldn't reach the customer care throughout the day and chat session was NOT HELPFUL. it was a gift to make a day memorable for a kid but all in vain including my 200rs for the shipping. DO NOT MAKE FALSE promises when you cannot even track the package and make sure it reaches your poor customer on time.”
“Terrible. If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered 4 framed pictures and paid $10 extra each to have glass put in the frames. They all came with plastic, one was cracked the whole way down the frame, one was chipped in the corner, the other two were dirty with dust and debris under the plastic on the picture. This was especially noticeable bc the pictures had a white mat around them. I have been in contact with the joke of a customer service team since March 2nd and have only been given the run around. They asked me to send pictures, I happily did. They told me they would give me a partial refund for the one Damaged print? Well they are all damaged so that’s not going to work. They continue to ask me if I want a reprint, please send photos the damaged product and of what I want reprinted, all things I have already done and yet every time I send them I get the same response???? Will never order from this company again. Very disappointed.”
“This is a joke! Supposedly there is a 4.7 customer review rating posted on their website but yet this only has 10 customer reviews? And I’m guessing they’re the REAL reviews. I paid a lot of money for my split canvas which came warped and bowed where it literally sits off the wall in the middle of each canvas. It took several times and several pictures to get a reprint. The reprint came even worse! There is a quarter to half inch of gap at the end of the canvas where it doesn’t even go all the way around! I sent pictures of that as well and received a response that they received my pictures and apologized and would re-print. I have not received the free prints and I keep getting asked for more and more pictures which you already have and have acknowledged that you have and have told me that you would re-print but haven’t! I will be turning this business into the Better Business Bureau and demanding my money back.”
