"Please do not buy from them!!\r\n\r\nI have had the most horrible experience with canvas champs India. \r\n\r\nFirst of all my order was delayed without any information and then when it finally arrived, it was completely different from what I ordered. I ordered a customised 3D lamp and got a frame instead. Worse, the frame that was sent to be is not usable at all, the acrylic plate doesnt even fit in the frame! The customized text was also not added.\r\n\r\nTheir customer service is ridiculous, the calls are not being picked, the live chat is no useful, the mails have not been responding. I even tried reaching out on Instagram. Nothing works! They even deleted my comment on Instagram, and they might block me soon. Please do not fall for the good reviews on their website as they delete all the bad ones. I hope my comment stays here and they don't delete it.\r\n\r\nAlthough i would say the packaging and the quality was good but if it doesn't fit in the frame it's of no use right?\r\n\r\nI got the lamp customised as a gift. My Rs.1060 have been wasted and it's not even worth giving it now."
