Refund - Difficult

My pictures were supposed to arrive before Christmas. They sent the wrong pictures. When they sent the replacement pictures, they sent them to the wrong address. I have asked for a refund since I still do not have my order and was hung up on. This is a horrible company!

The quality is garbage. I bought a printed pillow as a Christmas gift. The zipper broke as I attempted to zip it the first time. In disgust I threw it away and contacted them. No refund. No replacement. No anything for the humiliating garbage they sent me and I tried to give as a gift.

I immediately emailed about the poor quality. I can’t use any of my canvases as they are so blurry even using professional photos and I’ve received no refund or response.

When I sent a request for a refund for that photo they were only willing to reprint it unless I cut up the photo which my wife didn't want to do---so we asked for the reprint but haven't heard back after several weeks.

I have told them multiple times that I don’t want this anymore and that I want a refund, which had gone completely ignored.

Frame is the most garbage low quality piece of plastic ever, “held” by staples. Broke into a pieces taking it out of the box. No response from customer service. I want a full refund.

They told me if I wanted a refund (because I surely didn't trust them to make the masks correctly after now 3 misprints), I would have to send them pictures of every single mask destroyed individually.

Requested refund and they require you to destroy the product because they don't want to spend the money for return shipping--under the guise of being "environmentally conscious".
