“Awesome service from Monica Mahlangu, Delmas branch she is super cool. I was opening a business account she told me that was her first time open a business account for a client, but wow she was really amazing her service is excellent. Thank you Monica you're the best👌”

“I wish there is an option to give a ZERO star. Capitec Customer Care line is an absolute waste of time to phone. And their WhatsApp option is even worse. They might as well just delete the WhatsApp service alltogether, because their BOT knows nothing. You cannot do anything on the WhatsApp line at all. I have been trying for 4 HOURS to speak to a person in their Legal Department. And nobody picks up the phone. All I hear is irritating music that eventually stops playing after 30 minutes. When you try to call the Legal Department directly on 021 941 2230, a machine tells you that "your call cannot be completed right now. Please hang up and try again later". HOW MUCH LATER CAN A PERSON CALL YOU???? Disgusted client.”

“What a professional client care service provided by Siziwe, the language used, the tone, the product knowledge the skill to resolve a problem let alone understanding the dynamics of the issue and letting me know upfront and how best can it be resolved in the event. The overall service was to the t and wish she could be a team leader and teach the team to do the same and all customers would be happy just as I am. She knows, loves and respects her job and put Capitec customers first. Proud to be Capitec customer because of such a service which would not be there if she did not choose to be nothing but the best. Whoever, trained her, trained a willing person to do the right thing. Thanks Capitec to employ Siziwe, you have an asset there, hope you making her feel it otherwise other banks or competitors would take her any day with best offers. Tell her I said thank you please. “Biggest Con Artists Ever. You make arangements to pay back your loans they exept it and then 3 months down the line they take 3 payment in the same month. 2 times full instalements and the arrangement amounts 3xepted by them. And whennyou phone them they simply say they have th3 right to take as much money as they want to bring the loans back on date and that the agreed arrangement is to small to pay back. Now they leave me in a possition werw i cant feed my family or even get tonwork.”

“I purchased a card machine and after telling the salesman everything about the company etc that the director passed an suggested let's open a new account he still did the wroung thing an know I am sitting with a problem where my money is locked in a holding account they don't want to release my money I dont know how to move forward with this matter”

“Hi I am very disappointed with Capitec Bank, they just giving our banking details to Clientele without consulting with us. I never agreed with Clientele to deduct or even applied for a policy but they just informed me that I am now a client of theirs and that they will deduct from my capitec account. Stop being giving permission just to any dick, Tom and jerry to take our hard earned money. And then you refuse to stop that deductions, no man I'm tired...”

“It's been a 'month now trying to get my account to be opened because of the R3500 my brother sent me they keep saying they suspect fraud they are investigating.we provided all requested documents but still they keep asking same documents over and over. Luckily I changed my salary to other bank but my savings are stuck at Capitec it's clear they are trying to rob me now.”

“Trying since 9am for assistance to transfer funds internationally, ot is now 15h45, still no reply to emails, calls cut six times, staff chewing food when you call the helpline, get put through to the wrong person three times, lost over R70 000.00 on forex due to staff at Capitec not doing their work but merely sitting at their desk to kust collect a salary, two staff in particular Siphiwe Sicwebu and Eli Fernandes who do not return emails. My business is affected by your POOR performance”

“Im very irate at this moment. I need to take out a loan but was rejected due to Capitec that think i cant have a loan because to them i wont be able to live on my currrent expences. I really do need this money because i currently have medical expenses due to my child being sick. Im a single mommy and its really difficult for me. so im really really irate...i do have a loan with Capitec and not one month did i not pay....”
