“There was slight confusion with the tracking info we initially received saying the order had been cancelled. When I contacted CN Promotions, they were very helpful and were able to track the order and confirm delivery.”

“Great all the way through until shipping, listed as shipped UPS, was a FedEx tracking number. Communication was non existent after final proof was approved. Otherwise love the experience with Captain Notepad. Fair price, great product, looks perfect.”

“I would buy again. They helped me with a few things I wanted to add with my design. I just wished I gotten the book a bit thicker. Next purchase I will make the changes. Over all the color was vibrant and it was the whole look I wanted for my company”

“Very helpful team and I went with premium paper pad and I am very happy with the result. I would give 5 stars but I found the shipping to be very expensive, it still worked out better price than other places.”

“I was honestly pleasantly surprised with how well these turned out. I was searching for something quick and affordable for our office, so I turned to the vast plains of the internet. I would have liked a little more info about shipping and delivery timelines. I don't think I ever received a shipping notification, but considering it was the holidays, we got them in pretty quickly.”

“Your product is great. The turn around is tough, 8 business day ship after approval of proof and then a 4 day ship by ground. I seldom get that much time to deliver.”
