“Very slow. I placed the order on 1/25 and it took over a month to receive my order - it didn't arrive until 2/26. I had to ask about my order to get my proof, and the customer service person was rude and told me that my art was so poor that they had to re-do it, however, nobody had even contacted me. I returned my proof in an hour once I received it (like an hour after my phone call), and then two weeks later called and asked again about my order, and got the same rude customer service person who told me that my order was only two weeks old (it wasn't - it was 3 weeks old) and that I would need to wait at least another week. When I placed the order - it said 7-10 working days. My takeaway is that they are very slow and their customer service is rude.”

“After I had approved my calendars I figured I was going to get a confirmation and tracking number and I didn’t. A few days later I received a box with lots of envelopes but not calendars. I had to call several times and email to finally get an answer. Then I got the calendars a week later. It was just a hustle to get the calendars. Thank you”
