“for the item i think costs should be cheapers, and shipping should be free. that added alot to the total cost , also printing should be a little larger if want, or be able to change some printing around as desired”

“The fonts of my business card are too large for my name. It would be better if you sent a proof of the entirety, bus card on the calendar to see finished product before purchasing. You only send proof of the card, which looked normal.”

“My template from my previous orders was not on file even though I logged in through my account. This resulted in extra time spent with an order taker / designer to get the layout, sizing, and titles correct. I was surprised by such high shipping costs.”
