They were fantastic and I didnt realise that I could use this service and not my insurance. Didnt have to pay any costs or excess and it didnt affect my own premium. I got a really nice Hire car when my car was repaired, I was kept up to date and they were always available if I needed to speak to them. “I acually called them by mistake, thinking I was calling my own insurance company as I thought I should (never been involved in an accident before). I never realised there was a service like this for people who'd been hit by other road users but I was very happy to have called them. They took my personal details and put me through to an accicident management company who arranged everything for me. The body shop, a hire car, and no requirement to front any payment myself or even provide credit/debit card details. They organised the whole lot and billed the driver responsible's insurance directly. Really, it couldn't have been much easier. When you've been the complete victim caught up in a collision then why jump through hoops for the insurance companies? These guys took care of the lot. Of course being without your car while it gets repaired is never ideal but this is about the most painless way to get the problems resolved! Would certainly recommend to friends and family if needed.”
