“Car Audio Centre In my humble opinion are a class act. Really fast delivery, well packaged and excellent communication. As for the product. The Pioneer TS-WX1210AH will not let you down, installation was a breeze, the sound quality for this unit is very good you might have to make some minor adjustments on the built-in amplifier in order to get the desired sound quality for the type of music being played. Having said that you'll not be disappointed.”

“I was bought a radio as a Christmas present, it was faulty, after some time speaking to two members of staff ( a bit long winded, I was sent the information to return the radio, I was asked for a range of information to send with it, ie- receipt, buyer’s details and return address details, this I sent along with email address, and phone number So the item was replaced? but was not returned to me (delivery address) but the purchaser, who lives 200 miles away from me, several weeks ago I wrote to customer service about the sorry situation as they could not use a bit of common sense, but as yet ,received no reply, so this is my review, I would not use this company as after sales appears to be very poor this review is not by the purchases but by the recipient of the radio”

“I already have one of these cameras in my car. This one is for my wife's new car which is coming on the 1st of March because I have one. I have plugged it into my car to make sure that it works at this point I haven't tried the rear camera, but it was in excellent condition as described as new and all works good. Don't know if you can ask me a quick question but I have a three year-old Road angel camera exactly the same to look at but I'm not sure whether the pro means that it has the ability for the parking mode. I know the new one does.”

“Ordered numerous parts from them that were listed as being in stock, after 4 days without recieving a tracking number (supposedly it would be delivered in 5-7 days), I sent an email requesting an update. The next day I was told there would be a "slight delay due to a stock issue" but I would have it in 7-10 days. 7 days later I sent another email to which I was told that the supplier confirmed the due date was 2 days later and they would send the order to me in the next week (this was on Wednesday). By the end of the week I asked for another update on the order, I did not recieve a response until 13 days and 3 emails later where I was again told "the due date is next Monday". I then asked if it wouldnt be fair to ship the rest of the order and refund me for the misssing part if it was not shipped on monday... I never got a response to this, instead on the Monday I recieved an automated notification that my order had been changed and the order was shipped. I would've expected some sort of confirmation before proceeding to do this. There was also no mention of the import duties that I would have to pay for everything until it arrived in country, I can forgive this but I wouldve appreciated some forewarning about the potential import duties. Eventually 41 days later, I recieved part of my order that was supposed to arrive within 5-7 days. Based on this experience I would definitely not suggest anyone order anything from this shop, some of their prices are better than other shops but its not worth all the added hassle and apparent lack of any regard towards their clients.”

“This is the second unit now that i have purchased, the first unit is an LC2I Pro For a Bmw F30 with the Top hifi system with an Pnp harness add an amp. This one is for a little king kong killer a toyota yaris mk3 so i can add two amps to the factory head unit, which is kind of Cack, stock speakers will be replaced with some 20 year old Type R Alpine speakers 75w rms x4 and an old Alpine amp to play my old music. Delivery was swift like Zorro”
