Paid for next day delivery, was delivered on third day, with DPD each time emailing to say I had changed the delivery date, which I had not, having initiated no contact with DPD whatsoever. DON'T book fast track delivery, waste of money, and time, having to wait for non-existent deliveries.

So disappoint I ordered a head unit on the expected day I was called to be told it was out of stock I was then sent a different model I was also sent the wrong wiring kit and no help was offered apart from you will have to pay again in which I was shocked at I finally received the correct look them to find the steering control wire to be wrong also I was going to use this company as my new supplier

I received my order which arrived within 3 days of ordering however there was a missing part namely the main wiring loom which means I cannot install the new equipment. I've called twice to request a dispatch of the missing item and they are out of stock and can't provide me with a date as to when it will be back in stock. Really frustrating as it's been a week since I've ordered and who knows how much longer I will have to wait.

Instructions say to use the supplied alcohol wipe, there wasn't one, I emailed you to ask what else I could use. As yet I've had no response.

First one delivered did not work so had to be returned at my cost.Cost me £7. Second one arrived and worked OK. The readout is not very big so is not easy to see but seems accurate. I am not blaming the supplier for this as i should have realised from the sizes this was going to be the case. The design of the gadget means that it catches on the flip up lid to the socket but does go in far enough to make contact. Have a KYKKA tpms in my other car and this was less a third of the price and works much better and shows temp without having to push a button, but not as neat. Although it arrived in 4days it took 3weeks to get a replacement as they said it could not be returned 11days as they were closed for christmas/new year. So ended up taking more than 3 weeks in total.

Ordered came so put car into garage only to find that you sent wrong parts so had to pay for wasting there time. Then phoned you up only to be told I would have to pay for the right part till I sent the old one back so at the moment I’m out £30 and you didn’t send anything to send wrong part back not very impressed

I phoned and asked for a my speed excell to work in spain the salesman sold it to me by saying he would make it work in spain and all I would need to do was to plug it into the car on this assurance I bought When it arrived nothing had been done and I now have to sort it out before I leave for spain

A 24month old satnav had a SIM card failed to do a map update for the 2nd time and left me with a ASImap exi error which rendered the satnav useless on both occasions The fix was to purchase a replacement card and then a 2nd card . The 1st card cost me £20 then 12 months later the second card cost £50 and all this was on a unit which had FREE map updates for life. Not good PR or reliability

Royal Mail still haven’t delivered the product they have sent it to the wrong delivery office and haven’t managed to correct it so still without product!!! Lease note this review is regarding the delivery and Royal Mail helpline, not car audio direct helpline

No delivery information given at all beyond email saying dispatched. Delivery left in external store without ringing bell or leaving card (and we were in). Suspect it was Hermes who are currently useless here. Haven't installed the radio yet, hopefully the kit is better than the delivery service. Can't answer the 'who made delivery' question as I have no idea.

Initial order was handled as expected, then a £500+ order is nice to have when I knew what I wanted! After sales was okay although fitting the frame took some perseverance. Sadly, issues with the radio frequency following installation by my auto electrician were ignored. I bought a new FM aerial, poor reception then a new DAB aerial which still gives an intermittent service. 3 visits to try and get the signal issues resolved costing more than I hoped. CAC have not replied to my last 3 emails.

Aftersales support was zero. I wanted to fit a Pioneer head unit to a Honda Insight and was told I needed only one lead, A week later 4 unanswered emails and support from the cable manufacturer, I resolved the fitting. No thanks to CAC

Service was ok but product was rubbish! They should de-list rather than sell something not fit for purpose. Although they did allow me to return.

C/S/Advisor was a bit abrupt, and the price of the lead was very dear and delivery charge was a bit high. It cost me £37 when the same lead and delivery 18 months ago cost me £20. When trying to get this point across to the Advisor , he wasn't interested.

Item was good as described what I was disappointed with was the excuse the not next day blaming covid and delays and unwillingness to refund "next-day" on the invoice if you cannot deliver remove it or reword "next-day"

Road Angel reimbursed subscription in 1 day. Road Angel use Car Audio Centre to handle their hardware distribution and returns. Car Audio Centre took 3 weeks and 3 phone call chases to make reimbursement for hardware return made on same day as subscription cancellation.

Order a set of InPhase 5x7" speakers. When they arrived the box was correct but when I opened it I had one 5x7" speaker and one round 6" speaker. I contacted them and I just got an email saying send to this address and use this label, from the returns manager. No apology or explanation. I then asked if I would get a replacement set or a refund and I haven't received a response. As I have had no response I cant buy another set as they may send a replacement instead of a refund and then ill have two sets. Delivery was fast, customer service is very poor. I would have given one star but because they sent a returns label I went to two. Wont be buying from here again, I mean who wants two different size speakers??

The fuse does not reach far enough into the fuse box to make contact.
