“I ordered a product, and they phoned me to check whether it was the correct part as it wasn’t a commonly used item. It turns out I’d ordered incorrectly, so they linked me to the correct item and it was delivered within a couple days. Outstanding!”

“Received faulty DAB radio adapter. Replies to queries via email, were non existant! Web page replies, took over a week! Phone queries, were directed back to web page! 3 weeks to get a refund. Would never buy from them, again.”

“Bought a few bits from these guys now. Never disappointed. Folks can be quick to write squiffy reviews when things don’t go right. It’s business. Sometimes it doesn’t always go right. Doesn’t make the business a bad business. My experience has been I’ve got a good product at a keen price and it’s always turned up right. If ever there has been a stock issue I have been offered an alternative and it’s always worked out. Good bunch will always return.”
