“Dissatisfaction! Ordered part as it stated it would be delivered within 3 working day, after paying and 48 hours later I recieved an email that V the item will be up to 14 days . They issued a refund but that’s going to take 4 days before it goes into my account .”

“All items seem good, although still have to fit them. One niggle thought is that one item, a facia kit, was subsequently out of stock. This only came to light when it was missing from the shipping notification email. Would have been useful if that was realtime when the order was made as I had to cancel that one item to source it from elsewhere.”

“Radio came in super quick time, unfortunately the DAB antenna was missing. A quick phone call and the antenna was despatched straight away. I am very pleased with the service and the great value of the radio. This radio was for my boat and connected seamlessly into the existing wiring. Ten out of ten for service and value.”

“Amazing service. I called up as my order was not shipped due to my mistake and wanted to have a change of items. Gent on the phone was understanding and gave me his recommendations and even sorted out a deal for me. Items came within the next day. Will definitely return in the future. 10/10, would recommend.”

“This place (Tooting Branch),reminds me of the old Maplins shops...,every time you walk out the shop you feel a bit ripped off!. I had intentions of using this local store to buy most of my up-grade gear for a recent car purchase as I wanted personal opinions on what to buy rather than rely on line, but I'm not sure I'll be spending anymore there as I felt mildly patronised today and a bit fleeced. On a previous occasion I bought a head unit,when opened looked more like ex-display than brand new and was therefore not worth top asking price but I didn't know that til I opened it for fitting weeks later...less than impressed. Disappointing really.”

“Car Audio Centre were really helpful from the start of my enquiry wanting to install a modern radio in a classic Lotus Elan with only a very shallow depth radio space. Car Audio recommended an appropriate radio which was then very quickly dispatched and delivered . Guess what? it fits. Thank you to all at Car Audio”
