“Outstanding service, ordered one day delivered the next”

“Speedy delivery on 3 different parcels. Not happy with sound quality of first speakers, plus 1 of them was faulty (kenwood as well) - sounded like an old speaker. New speakers arrived quickly and really happy with the sound. Received a refund quick. All good. Phoned customer services for advice on tweeters and gave good advice and didnt try to outsell to more expensive items. In phase tweeters - really pleased with, same also with the new kenwood KFC-X174 speakers. Many thanks”

“First one delivered did not work so had to be returned at my cost.Cost me £7. Second one arrived and worked OK. The readout is not very big so is not easy to see but seems accurate. I am not blaming the supplier for this as i should have realised from the sizes this was going to be the case. The design of the gadget means that it catches on the flip up lid to the socket but does go in far enough to make contact. Have a KYKKA tpms in my other car and this was less a third of the price and works much better and shows temp without having to push a button, but not as neat. Although it arrived in 4days it took 3weeks to get a replacement as they said it could not be returned 11days as they were closed for christmas/new year. So ended up taking more than 3 weeks in total.”

“Bought a stereo late last year, free delivery was within 4 days, got advice on which connects2 wiring harness I needed. Had to return reverse camera from order as I ordered the wrong one and I was refunded immediately upon receipt. When I fitted stereo I decided to upgrade the pathetic cones in my van and asked for advice on what was suitable, had an answer to my query with a few hours and I ordered from them again that day. Unfortunately the rear speakers don't fit so I will send them back and order some different ones. Overall very happy with the service I have/am receiving, also the pricing of their products is very competitive as I did my own research before my orders.”

“Ordered came so put car into garage only to find that you sent wrong parts so had to pay for wasting there time. Then phoned you up only to be told I would have to pay for the right part till I sent the old one back so at the moment I’m out £30 and you didn’t send anything to send wrong part back not very impressed”

“Finally got around to fitting the In-Phase wireless CarPlay adapter for aftermarket headunits. As advised by Car Audio Centre, this was a simple plug and play setup and I have to say it works perfectly. Really good price, prompt delivery and accurate advice. Very happy customer. Thank you.”
