“PIONEER TS-W32S4 12" Pioneer always great quality, the seemless cone causes less reverb and a lower tone make sub bass sound nearer to it's true tone because it has greater surface area to resonate. Deeper sub bass than domed woofers Quick service, arrived on time, no faults, great prices. I have bought other products in the past, no problems.”

“Service was okay, the unit is so broken on the buttons I think it’s missing parts canbus Cables missing somewhere else, but more cost to me not to return the unit because of the buttons at the front anyway, but would not purchase anything from car Centre Audio Centre again”

“Placed an order for a Pioneer head unit which was delivered very promptly complete with free reversing camera, the price was cheaper than anywhere else I could find and they throw in an expensive camera too. Have used these in the past and had excellent service both times.”

“Firstly the radio I ordered arrived when it was supposed to, well packaged up, so no problems there. The radio I ordered, a Pioneer DAB radio is great. not actually using it in a car, its been fitted up in my shed, Just need to work out how to keep its memory going when the 12v transformer is tuned off.”

“Initial purchase experience was fine. Order product online, gets delivered in specified time frame. However harness I ordered was not the same one I purchased. Called support, they asked me to email help@ email address. Had no response. Emailed again asking for response, still no response. Emailed a 3rd time.. Guess what... yup, no response 😪”

“Problems from the start. Unit did not power up, after several attempts at getting advice finally someone gave info that the canbus unit maybe on the wrong loom 😡. Oh and use the ‘Golf 7’ loom. No display in dash for ‘Phone’ skip track only works on certain sources. DAB radio has no too little reception even with additional aerial. FM radio has no signal even with booster. Swapped back and tested one unit both good as expected as I’ve never had an issue. No install instructions and once they were emailed to me they are inadequate. Display shows incorrect ‘door open’ graphics. All in all an extremely poor unit, not as described as displays are wrong or missing. Radio/dab none existent. I would have loved to have sourced further advice to these problems but having the issues initially and the stress from that. I gave up in the end. I’ll be considering an alternative very soon.”
