“Fast response on the webchat. They changed to a phone call to ensure they could meet the next day delivery. They were every happy to price match too. Great buying experience and the product (Road Angel Halo Pro) does exactly what I want.”

“A terrible experience... They sent me a open product with post-it note attached stating 'FAULTY' - I am amazed (I sent them a picture as well)!!! I contacted them via support email and they took a week to get back to me!!! They apologised and aske me to THEN contact their returns department via email... I asked them to send a new product in the meantime, with no reply. Very poor customers support. I should not have to go through a returns when they have made a MASSIVE ERROR. Still have no response from them.”

“Royal Mail still haven’t delivered the product they have sent it to the wrong delivery office and haven’t managed to correct it so still without product!!! Lease note this review is regarding the delivery and Royal Mail helpline, not car audio direct helpline”
