“Item not delivered after paying £9.99 for next day delivery. Shocking customer service and won’t refund me. Then have the audacity to ask them to review my ‘purchase’.”

“Absolutely inept service. I was sent the incorrect wiring harness for my vehicle. When I tried to get that exchanged, I was met with zero customer service (bordering on rude). I am returning the entire order and will never be using Car Audio Centre again!”

“Fast, first rate service. From order to plugged and playing in less than 48 hours. CD player took only a minute or two to get plugged and playing, sounds great so far. If it helps anybody else, I have got mine in a 72 plate Kuga ST Line.”

“I received a different part from the one I ordered. It was similar and, according to the vendor, was an upgraded model. I would have expected communication about this in advance. They did offer to refund part free of delivery costs when I complained.”

“Surprised to see such negative comments about customer service, these do not reflect my experience. I did have a small issue with an icorrectly supplied part but, despite me being a "grumpy old man", this was resolved very quickly and courteously. I received a refund for price differential immediatley and the correct part the next day.”
