“Contacted car audio by phone and by email to check that a wired to wireless Apple CarPlay adapter would work with my car only to find after purchasing it didn’t. Spoke with car audio and they explained they can’t check all vehicles, so why did they tell me it would! The paper work that came with the product had a link to check which vehicles it worked with and mine wasn’t listed, d sad o again why tell my it did when it doesn’t.”

“Very helpful. Sorted out my problem with my Snooper Truckmate Sat Nav. Ned walker was on the ball, responded to my enquiries expeditiously and with knowledge and understanding. Even identified a payment that was not applicable which wasn't aware of and had it immediately refunded. Great customer service 👏.”

“So disappoint I ordered a head unit on the expected day I was called to be told it was out of stock I was then sent a different model I was also sent the wrong wiring kit and no help was offered apart from you will have to pay again in which I was shocked at I finally received the correct look them to find the steering control wire to be wrong also I was going to use this company as my new supplier”
