“Cracking service and delivery was ahead of schedule. I did have a slight problem with the website when ordering which didn’t confirm my order so ended up order8ng muli0le times but after ringing customer service this was swiftly corrected. Have used Car Audio before and would happily use them again.”

“C/S/Advisor was a bit abrupt, and the price of the lead was very dear and delivery charge was a bit high. It cost me £37 when the same lead and delivery 18 months ago cost me £20. When trying to get this point across to the Advisor , he wasn't interested.”

“All went really well, in the end! To be honest, because I’m no ‘geek’ I could’ve done with my call to custservs being answered, just to make sure I was going for a product fit for my needs, or if they could advise on a different model which may have suited, what I was trying to achieve, better (as they know what they’re talking about and I don’t!!) My stereo was well wrapped and arrived safely. Making payment was simple as I am with PayPal. Although it’s not ‘fitted’ yet and as impatient as I’ve always been, the chap who does things like that, in our village, is on holiday so I have to wait. Halfords didn’t want to know and I wasn’t going to pay nearly £80 to have it fitted, and then buy the same model I bought from CAC for more money... I’ll stick to CAC and our village audio mechanic”

“New SD card ordered for a snooper satnav Wrong SD card sent, snooper are as much to blame letting companies like yours supply cards for there SatNavs. Still waiting for replacement card ! Totally unsatisfactory service”

“Rubbish. The item I ordered was not delivered and I am still waiting for the correct one to arrive. Admittedly you acknowledged this was all your mistake, so you get one star. I should have ordered his item from Amazon - delivered the next day at a lower price, and no hassle.”
