“Ordered on Sunday had order confirmation saying delivery between Wednesday and Friday that week, had an email on Thursday to say 2 items out of 3 were out of stock, I did get offered replacement items and at a discounted price, confirmed replacements and they arrived the next day (Friday) so within the time quoted originally.”

“A quality piece of equipment but with the speed reduction to 20mph they are still on 30mph on my snooper. I like ithe mmediate response from the snooper to keep you on your toes which is needed on today's roads.”

“Surprised to see such negative comments about customer service, these do not reflect my experience. I did have a small issue with an icorrectly supplied part but, despite me being a "grumpy old man", this was resolved very quickly and courteously. I received a refund for price differential immediatley and the correct part the next day.”

“Ordering was easy and delivery was good. The only problem was 1 of the items was the incorrect part which has caused a set back but getting that corrected and a new one delivered was easy to do.”

“Sony radio works well and easy to install. Quick delivery. The 2004 Subaru forester does not need the replacement pocket as the original works fine. The extra wiring harness worked well.”

“ordered a Kenwood audio unit, tried to fit to my T5 and then realised i needed a fitting kit which was not made clear when i bought the unit off the internet. It would have been good to know at the time that one was needed as there was no indication that you needed one. Anyway a quick phone call to the sales team and all was sorted quickly.”

“Really pleased with the product and it will look great in my vehicle,the only query I had was that I paid for next day delivery so it worked within my work schedule, unfortunately it was ordered on the Sunday and it arrived Tuesday instead of the Monday which I planned for, there was nothing stating this was due to the working week only and Sunday wasn't taken into consideration. I did call and asked if I could receive a refund but this wasn't given which I understand, I did say I was going to order more items from you which would have exceeded this value but it was a flat no so I ordered a further £357.00 from another company strictly because no one was willing to help with this customer service over £9.99 which I found a little strange and personally not great business sense. Never mind I'll enjoy this new car stereo anyway and if I need anything else I go through this other company. Many thanks”

“decent price, sounds good and works well. AUX port feature was not listed on the website but that doesn't matter too much. The parcel arrived damaged but everything inside worked fine.”

“After a false start from ordering, later to find that you were out of stock of my item by getting in touch with you, i was told a delivery had been made and my item had been dispatched to me. The following day the courier delivered the said item which i have installed in my car and am very happy with it”

“Well, I haven't yet had time to fit it, but I've had a look to see what's what, and everything g looks good, but it would be mor clear if the antenna were to marked up as such, rather than purely a serial number. We'll wait and see what it sounds like, and how simple it is to operate.”
