“Part sent was totally wrong and incomplete at that! No one answers when called. They asked in email for a photo to backup the complaint but no response. I would highly recommend staying clear from this company.”

Unfortunately the part was damaged so I contacted them to see about getting half of the cost back because now I have to have someone cut and reweld the brackets. That say sorry and offer a 20% refund, that is a joke. So off and on with them for a out a month now and still no solution . I paid shipping and asked for that back and they say that they paid the shipping. I take screenshots of everything I buy online just for this reason. I have proof that I paid shipping and now they have stopped emailing me all together. I would suggest that everyone that has had issues with this seller car parts direct to contact there bank and open a fraud clam. Ill never buy from them again. People like this need to go to prison for this kind of action. Helaas heb ik te laat gekeken bij trustpilot! Stupid me! De service waar ze mee adverteren klopt gewoonweg niet. Ook de reviews button is vals, want je kunt er niet eens op klikken. Wat een beroerd bedrijf, een of andere slecht Nederlands sprekende gast (die er 's avonds is) kunnen ze beter ontslaan, want van klantvriendelijkheid heeft hij nooit gehoord. Beide keren dat ik gebeld heb, wordt je gewoon afgebekt, niet te zuinig. Hij zegt dat hij alleen is, maar op de achtergrond hoor je mensen? Plus hij kan ook niets doen behalve kijken waar het pakket is. (Ja zover kwam ik ook nog wel) Wanneer ik vraag naar zijn naam omdat ik in de ochtend weer ga bellen, blijft het eerst stil en vraagt hij waarom ik zijn naam wil weten? Na een zucht komt er uiteindelijk K**** uit.
