Hi Lachlan, would you be able to call us to clarify a few things as we're a bit confused here. Originally you raised a dispute with afterpay to say you never received your item. We looked into this for you with the courier and established that it had been collected from the post office. So I'm guessing you have received your item now and are unhappy with it? If it isn't what your ordered or expected we're more than happy to rectify the issue for you, you just have to get in touch and let us help resolve your issue.

“Very pleased with my new winch, haven’t used in anger for vehicle recovery yet, but I have used it for more important things. Getting fire wood. Performed faultlessly under hard tough conditions.”

Hi Vito Sorry to hear you've had a bad experience, unfortunately if you do lose parts from your product we can't replace them under warranty and therefore the cost of replacements plus postage needs be covered by the customer

“Bought 12000 winch about 5 years ago, used it twice for very tough recovery, was impressed with its performance as it was fitted to Diesel Prado which is bit lighter 4X4. Now I have GVM upgraded 76 series. Will consider new TANK 15000 winch. Hope it will perform as my old Carbon winch have performed.”
