“Recently purchased a set of 2.5 monotube coilovers and rear shocks for my Amarok. The service from the team was great with helping me get the right spring rate, and the shocks are an awesome product at a great price. Highly recommend.”

“Once again we had delivered the wrong front struts tower mounts and the threads being stripped and spring washers straightened. The only saving grace for you guys was Callum sending us new ones with in 3 days so we could get the customer on the road. How about some quality control to be sure the parts are correct and the fitting is done correctly”

“If I could give a negative rate I would. By far the worst online purchase experience I have had. When I placed the order in mid May they were supposedly in stock. I received notice that they were NOT. Contacted the company at the end of May and was advised the stock was coming from overseas and wouldn't arrive in time for my upcoming trip. Received an email in July ( more than 3 months after initial order) advising a FURTHER delay and product not due till early Sept. Raised a further dispute on 26 September as I still hadn't received the order. It had apparently been marked as "pick up" and hadn't been dispatched. FFS I'm in the ACT........I'm not driving 2000km to pick-up a frigging order. It was always meant to be delivered. It was probably changed to stop the instock part of the order from being delivered while I was away in June. This should have been corrected when the full order came into stock. Poor attention to detail and follow-up. The order was finally dispatched at the end of September more than 4½ months after placement and PAYMENT. There was the occasional lame apology for the delay in the correspondence with the company but it came across as disingenuous. It seemed no one really seemed to care about the inconvenience and disappointment this delay caused. The impression I got was it was all too hard ...so suck it up. I'm well aware of the issues Covid and the disruption it caused to the supply chain but I got no indication that the company was doing anything to overcome the difficulties they were having. The communication could have been better and shown a bit more concern. I had previously purchased a Carbon 1200 Winch and got great service from the distributor. I posted a good review and the products seem of good quality but the appalling service makes question whether I would purchase from Carbon Offroad ever again.”

“Wrote to Carbon that the winch would only work in the out position with the hard-wired controller, and immediately posted a new one cable at no cost, great service and was able to speak to a person, best to buy off an Aussie company for this reason as well as supporting all things Australian”
