Worst customer service! I had a large fraudulent transaction on my account and instead of helping and STOPPING the payment they did NOTHING! I am getting rid of this card and will go back to using my bank.

Wish I could give this a no star or a negative star!! No surprise customer service is overseas!! Absolutely useless people they have working for them!! All you get is we are so sorry we are so sorry we are so sorry but we are so sorry but we are so sorry but!! Absolutely disgusting and horrible!! Do not let them have your money you will not get it back!! I had a pending transaction I wanted them to stop a payment on from an unauthorized user they said there was nothing they could do and it would take me up to 2 months to get my money back!! They don't care because they don't understand they just read off a script and all it tells them to do is apologize profusely lol!! They would rather be reactive than proactive!! Zero f's given!! However they are good for one thing making you feel better about yourself!! They like to give positive affirmation and tell you how sorry they are 🤣🤣but they still can't/won't do anything else!! Good luck!!

I have not had access to any of my founds for 2 weeks they won't even let my direct debt go out and to make the matter worse they don't even want to communicate evey time i ring they say they cant discuss my bank! Then who can is the question anybody who is using this service needs to be aware of what they will do I banked with them 1 years no issues now all based of a pack if lies they frozen my account with my money return the money that i had received and the scammer got the goods he paid for and his money back with this scam bank card money i give them the tracking number its now been delivered.

Using the app is useless really.... I recently lost my card and tried to cancel it via the app but never got confirmation it was cancelled so had to phone up to make sure at premium rate might add. Then to order my new card I had to spend 23 minutes on hold at premium rate once more to order the replacement. I recieve my card today so tried to activate it, I do all the steps and at the final hurdle it says sorry I didn't quite get that and it puts me through to customer services of which are closed on weekends so I still have no use of card and once again have to call the customer service on Monday at premium rate, all in all a very poor service and going to change my bank
