“Tax Invoice with ZERO balance was not provided with product delivered. Requested Tax invoice did not include payment details and my aged care claim was subsequently refused. I needed to go in to Paypal, print the payment details, and submit my claim to aged care a second time. * not really good when I've just returned from hospital with a collapsed lung. RECOMMENDATION Request Accounts include the Tax invoice (with ZERO balance) with the 'product' for delivery.”

“Very poor products in nebuliser range. DO NOT LAST 15 MONTHS WHEN ONLY USING THEM FOR AN HOUR EVERY SECOND DAY. Would not extend warranty after 12 months.Wanted me to send back get a quote have repaired and then sent back at my costs.Already told them basically that machine would not run when switch turned on. So they must have known what was the basic problem was.Customer service well that is what the 1 star is for.At least they got back to me so.As they say" if it is good tell others"," if it is bad warn others!"”

“ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE PRODUCTS. NOT WORTH THE MONEY YOU PAY AS THEY PACK UP AFTER 12 MONTHS USING IT EVERY SECOND DAY IN THIS PERIOD. SO MY ADVICE IS TO STAY WELL AWAY FROM THESE PRODUCTS AND COMPANY. RESPONSE TIMES TO ISSUES VERY SLOW AS THEY ARE REACTIVE RATHER THAN PRO ACTIVE. YOU CAN BUY BETTER!”

“Caremex is excellent in getting the order away, unfortunately their courier ARAMAX has for years been unable to find Hervey Bay in Queensland. After the parcel sat in Melbourne for a couple of days it is now somewhere is Australia.”
