DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FAKE AUSTRALIAN OWNED COMPANY. I HAVE BEEN IN A MASSIVE FIGHT WITH THESE LIARS FOR MONTHS. I caught them in so many lies. For years I was buying from this fake Australian company. I have read alot of reviews of people saying how long it took AND THE REASON IS BECAUSE IT COMES FROM CHINA. They even had the bloody nerve to sent me the bashed up package, a big box straight from China with it written all over the box,amd cheap Chinese products just thrown in. Who ever the keyboard warrior is behind the customer service is should of been sacked yrz ago. Throwing threats and the false terms and conditions at everyone. Mind you they take out the first part that reads 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE NO MATTER WHAT!!! And try confuse and manipulate the customer.They try make u pay for return shipping BUT DONT!!! Make sure u stand up for urself because they won't back down. The reason I got a full refund on this yrs package is because they know how much crap I have against them. There whole site is full of false advertising, and they will try spin so many lies about how their products are tested and all the crap that comes along with it.I have alot of documents I've been gathering about this company. They would owe 1000s of dollars to customers if it were taking to court. All the returns they made people pay for, for fake chinese products.Mot only that they sell their products for different prices all across the web with some saying a percentage has been taking off the product so your saving money and on other sites they sell it without the discount. I'll pulled them up on so many issues and I just kept getting back smart Alec remarks from a very immature person. Their fb and Instagram hasn't been used for 2 yrs but they still have it on their site and offer a discount if you post your products up there but they don't use it so they trying to get people to advertise their products and they never get the discount. They are super hard to get into contact with because they aren't a true aussie company. Because we know legit aussie company's don't treat customers the way these people do. They want u to send back the faulty product before they send you a new one,that there should be a red flag because aussie companies don't usually act that way. They put your order in and then it goes to them in vic then they take out any Chinese adapters ect and send it from there. But to send it in the broken China box to me is such low standards of a company. A full refund after fighting for a long time and gathering alot of information they wouldn't want the public to see isn't enough because they have been lying to me for years and all of you AND I CANT STAND WHEN PEOPLE ARE SO DAMN LAZY TO EVEN NOT TRY TO COVER UP THEIR MISTAKES. so so damn cocky, like our money is nothing. I told them I wouldn't go away and to stop lying to everyone and change the false advertising in their website and they offered me a tens machine as a resolution so I said na, since you have been ripping me and everyone else off for years, to send me this that and that to try and review as well. THEY DIDN'T LIKE THE TABLES BEING TURNED ON THEM AND I then got a final resolution on their end saying the tga products that got recalled are bla bla and they contacted her, her and her oh and the local police for what I'm not sure. Hopefully to say they have been lying and running a fake business for yrs but they prob didn't. Hahha of coarse they didn't, they were trying to stand over me again. I warned and warned I would tell the public but they were so cocky in their emails like they didn't care or take my words serious. They said something about a lawyer bla bla. I went in and on and now they are ignoring me. I asked wheres my top of the line tens machine I was offered. I will prob receive some sort of papers soon from them trying to throw more threats, but I want to try and get as many people as I can to stand up to these liars. Alllll over their website Australian owned and operated. Lol um no your operated in China and I just want them to be honest. Put your website as delivered from China. You don't get a tracking number they offer one that says pending or this package hasn't been added yet, that's because they wait for it to get to vic. Even on their website it says sent from vic YEA AFTER U ORDER IT FROM CHINA.. I told them to play fair and they called my bluff so many times. I've read so many reviews where they customer had been blamed. Good Australian companies make their customers feel happy and want them to trust them. This company is ruthless and will lie to you so they get out of spending any money they don't have to, even when it's their fault they will try their hardest to manipulate u into taking more hard earned money out of your pocket. They cut off the 3o day money back NO MATTER WHAT when a customer says something they don't like, if a customer says it's faulty they try play u like a fool and read directions to you, uhhh Derrr yes we tried that already. Not to mention their directions are little to non existent because once again from China. If this company had been more compassionate I wouldn't of taking it so far but all the poor old people they lie to and I also told them about my mental health issues and not one mention of that throughout our debate over their lies. THATS ALSO HOW I KNEW THEY WERE NIT A LEGIT AUSSIE COMPANY. They had no compassion what so ever and that's not Australian. If u don't fight these people they will walk all over u. I'm sure there are so many unhappy customers like myself. I would never of purchased from them having known what I do now. But I spent 100s of dollars on products from them over the yrs. I want my money back. 3 times the price of what it's worth. Then they tell me in a email that China had started making better quality products and that it's cheaper for them to get it from there then if they were to get form Europe or America. I won't back down and if they wanna take me to court then bring it because I'm not the one fake advertising. And it's not only the fake advertising. It's manipulation of customers with terms and conditions. They treat everyone different based on what knowledge the customer knows if their rights and even still then they run their smart mouth. They had masks up with a different range of colours (which they had none of, only the black) but they know how to reel people in with bright colours. I raised my issue with that and they took the other colours down after how long???? So let me get this straight, they take down the false advertising of coloured masks BUT WON'T BUDGE on the fake advertisement of Australian owned and operated, the 30 day money back no matter what, because let's be honest, I guarantee not one customer just got a refund when raising their issues about their product they purchased from you I'm sure you put up a fight. There is no matter what in your refund policy. Lies after lies after lies. They said the tga is happy with their site as is the ACCC so I would like to know why they are allowing such behavior. Hopefully this helps some people. And if you get ignored by them be pushy they seem to like that and then will reply. WHERES MY TRACKING??? I checked up on all my deliveries from them over the yrs and can't find any tracking that shows where it come from,only a tracking number that leads to no where. If they had of been fair I would of. Oh and let me tell you they refunded the rest of my order quicker then anything after I showed them some of their mistakes. But what about the rest of the yrz? And just knowing what I know it doesn't sit right with me. I have attached pics of how I received my order. Such a smug company.Will never ever buy from them again after their attitude. If they had of changed their advertising and I got a genuine sorry and a real resolution then I wouldn't be writing this review.

Hi Bec, As mentioned in our previous emails, many of our products are sourced from China, and the packaging is provided by our Chinese supplier. We have never refused to admit this. We reused this packaging to ship your order, and we apologize if this caused any inconvenience. You have placed multiple orders with us, as you noted, and we’ve always allowed you to return products at our expense when you changed your mind. For your most recent order, you again requested a free return, despite the product being in good working condition. As per our return policy and ACCC guidelines, customers are entitled to a return only if the product is faulty. If a customer changes their mind, it is up to the business to decide whether or not to accept the return. While we do offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, which is clearly stated on our website, customers are responsible for the return postage. Since you have consistently refused to pay for return postage, we provided you with a return label to make the process easier. Given that you have been a repeat customer, we wanted to resolve the issue amicably. As a gesture of goodwill, we processed full refunds for your last order and even offered you our latest model to try free of charge. These efforts were made to ensure customer satisfaction. However, you remain dissatisfied and have requested additional free products to try, with a total value exceeding $2,000. Alongside this, you made unfounded threats regarding the TGA and ACCC. Your claims, as stated in your feedback, are not substantiated. For example, our products have never been recalled by the TGA, and this information is publicly available on the TGA website. Additionally, the shipping label clearly indicates that the products were shipped from our Melbourne warehouse. If you examine the label on your packaging photo, it confirms shipment from Melbourne. We also allow our customer to pick up order within 24 hours. It is unfortunate that despite our numerous efforts to address your concerns, the situation remains unresolved. That said, we kindly ask that you return the fully refunded products using the label we provided.
