“Excellent service and prompt response to queries”

“Paid express shipping on a Friday lunchtime. Item was not sent till Monday. Finally arrived Wednesday. Incorrect item sent. You refuse to send correct item until you receive the incorrect item back. Despite being able to track it Not impressed. Just glad it was not an item that we needed in a hurry. Will see if and when correct item arrives. Refund of express shipping should have been the minimum offered”

“I have had extensive relief from your product. Unfortunately I lost one of the two toe protectors in bed and cant find it. The only complaint I have is that it could possibly be a brighter colour thus making it easier to be seen/found. Thank you for the opportunity to comment. Good luck . G. Elliott”

“Haven't been able to use,went to turn on button went straight through had to undo the whole machine to put button back in place even than still doesn't do anything very disappointed as my son really needed it for his breathing,other than that I received it every fast”
