“I had a package get lost and they wouldn’t refund me for two months; until I bought more electrodes. It’s like they didn’t believe me, or the mail system that said the package hadn’t moved since January 21st. I begged them to send my new order in a bigger box to prevent it getting lost which they did, but they didn’t stuff the box with anything so it arrived crushed and partially open.”

“Not sure if it works well or at all at (early days). Have tried it twice. Hard to feel anything alongside the patch. I honestly cant feel it working. If I turn the intensity up, the patch becomes to intense. Sleeve was shorter than I imagined however easy to fit which is great.”

“The collar works to a point. The cushion linings come off all the time and you have to adjust them for comfort every time you use it. It has no adjustment for the part that fits onto your chest so it just sticks out and makes it uncomfortable to wear.”
