“I placed and payed my order on 4th January and still it is in the "processing" status which means that it is not sent, no email, no tracking number. I have sent a message to Carethy and received two automatic messages. One was that everything is in order and another one that an agent from Carethy Support Team will contact me. Still there is no any contact from them. This is my second order from Carethy. With the first one everything was fine but this second time I am not covinced that I will receive the order. The price for shipment is pretty high and the delivery date is after 7 weeks which is too long for goods to be delivered in Europe. As I read all these bad ratings I am surprised that this site still works. I buy on net often and have never experienced somethnig like this before.”

“I ordered stuff from them and everything I ordered is covered in gel. 2 of the 5 are broken. Eco styler everywhere. Ordered was 4,8 kg arrived 3.78 kg. I ordered 12 products received 7. I wanted to be able to change but they told me everything was already sent. I didn’t approve that. Since,if I wanted to order 7 I would have, I ordered more because the shipping was ducking expensive. Iam LIVIDD!!!!!!!”

“I believe i have been scammed. i have contacted their support team and expect my item in the next few days, if this is not tangible i need a full refund asap. i needed this product pronto and am very disappointed , please respond and refund me or get my item to me asap.”

“I order my item at 13-01-2021. This site was totally by Netherlands language works. Because Netherlands site is trustable so I have no hesitate pay immediately. Since then I get no e-mail confirmation and sending links. Contact with them no answer.Then I start search the review for this site get big shock. What scam company why still working normal use different languages cheating on the people without police intervened. Now I am no surprise my item shall never come and my money will not return. But I can contact with police!”

“I ordered 3 products from you guys on 4th January 2020 and I did not receive an email with tracking information at all and I haven’t received my order yet money was taken from my account. Please if you people can’t deliver my package I would like a refund or I will contact the police.”

“THIEVES AND LIARS!!! WORST COMPANY EVER!!! I placed my order and my €59 payment was confirmed. Two weeks later, I received an email from them saying they couldn't fulfill the order because the items were out of stock. Why would their website even take my payment for items that were out of stock? Next, they told me I would receive my refund in 2 more weeks. DOZENS OF EMAILS AND 6 MONTHS LATER, I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY MONEY!!! They keep saying they're having IT problems. I have never written such a negative review anywhere. I am astounded at the blatant thievery of Carethy.com”

“Hi I purchased 2 pharmaton vitamin from them 2 years ago i paid them around 100 canadian dollar. They removed the money immedietely from my account. Then they email me and said they cant send me my product but they will return my money its been 2 years i have not received my money. I contacted my visa company they said its been a while so they can get the money back from them. I emailed them several time they said they will check and let me know until they stop corresponding. “Before purchasing my order I have read the reviews about Carethy. To be honest, it is didn't assure me that to order something from this company will be a good idea! But the prices were good, on some products were discounts and all goods were in stock. So, I took a chance! Thank you Charethy team for a very professional and good job. I was surprised that after few days I received some money back on my account, but I didn't receive yet my parcel. That is because I received a bit less items, they were less in stock by the time my order was processed. When I asked the operator by email, I received all information in a few minutes. Few days after I received my parcel .”

“Hi. I ordered three bottles of shampoos, but received only two. I was charged for three bottles, but received only two of them after two months of my order date. I was charged three times for three bottles on October 27 for CAD 43.86, on November 23 for CAD 44.51 and on December 14 for CAD 40.98. Never would believe them again, and it is a scam company. They steal money and make a good profit out your orders. Even on customs declarations they cheat by putting different amount of products in order to pay less customs levies and fees.”

Hi Agil, First of all we´re sorry for the inconvenience caused. As we already mentioned, you seem to have placed a periodic order 01/11/2020 with a frequency of every 4 weeks and becuase of this we sent you 2 further orders. PHA-CA-201123072531048 ( 23/11/2020): you disputed this order because you haven´t received it so your bank returned you the money already or will do it in the next days. You need to clarify this with your bank. PHA-CA-20121407240038b (14/12/2020): this one has already left our facilities so we can´t cancel it anymore. We advise you to reject to receive this order so that it will be returned to us and we can refund you as soon as the package arrives back to our facilities. We confirm that we have cancelled the periodic order service for you so that no other orders will be activated in the future. Regarding the order that you placed on 27/10/2020 (PHA-CA-201027035959db0) we are still checking why the payment wasn´t validated. “I‘ve ordered one product in August 2020 (now is December)and same story every time that they have technical issues and I will have to wait, 2 days ago I’ve sent them another email and they wrote back „ We deeply regret the inconvenience. We are still working on the technical incident our payment platform suffered and our IT department is still working on resolving it asap. We have informed the relevant department of the delay in your refund.“”
