“Please please do not order from carethy ,they are scammers thieves ..they just take the money and have nothing in the website and don’t refund also ..they have just opened thier website to scam people ..biggest thieves and scammers ..thier website should be shut ..”

“Waited & waited for weeks for this package, which was urgent to use. Tried to contact the company, but it was impossible, the order code was not accepted in their page and NO PHONE NUMBER. They didn't inform me that it was an overseas shipping and that i had to pay customs when finally arrived. This is a very unproffesional company. Would never buy again! After reading all these reviews i'm very lucky that i received the package after almost 1 month”

“Do NOT purchase anything from Carethy, they are thieves. I ordered a product waited three weeks or longer to be told it was out of stock I asked for a refund they said they would refund me I still haven’t received my refund, it’s been 2 months. Never ever again would I purchase from them $119 down the drain.”

“If I could put zero stars I would!! I have been battling to get my money back for a refund on a product not recieved and 2 bottles of liquid damaged in transit. Dealing with Carethy direct is an absolute disaster - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!”

“No product arrived after they claimed it was shipped. After emailing they admit it’s our of stock How does that work!!! Requested refund. Said it will take a month. It’s gone over. Apparently their systems are down. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!”
