“CHEATING PEOPLE and PATHETIC CUSTOMER SUPPORT!! Why do you sell products on your website when you do not have stock? I ordered "Purell Hydroalcoholic Hand Sanitizing Gel" (2x 500 ml).. Without my permission you sent me another cheap brand of Hand Sanitizing Gel, and at the same price? You have no right to do that.. Your customer support is not responding to my emails. You cannot cheat people because of the Coronavirus situation. This is pathetic!!! I need full refund.. If I have to send you back the package, please share the full address.. will you pay the shipping costs to send you back the package? (order: PHA-CH-200312173219d85)”

“Wish I had read the reviews before placing an order... Like others below have been waiting for a refund for nearly a month and all I get is delaying emails. Have responded back twice asking for immediate refund, IT ONLY TAKES 2 MINUTES TO DO!!!!! Covid-19 aside which is affecting us all, this can be done remotely.... and I see they are still taking orders on the website! They now have 5 working days to refund me before I take it to the next level from here. Be warned, do not order anything from them...”

“My order got cancelled in Feb and it is April now, still no refunded and full of excuses like system failure and they take forever to reply your email, while still not answering your questions! Forever blacklist! !!!”

“Unfortunately read the other reviews too late. Yes, they are obviously a scam. I haven’t received my order of Hand sanitizer and don’t expect to now. As someone else said, when I enquirer what had happened they eventually told me to check with the shippers and it shows it being shipped out from Spain. It makes me sick .. the lowest of the low... taking advantage of people in these current tough times.”

“SCAM ALERT! SCAM ALERT! I am completely shocked! I bought a "Purell Hydroalcoholic Hand Sanitizing Gel 500 ml" and I got a random bottle with a liquid inside that isn't even alcohol, let alone gel. I doesn't even say the percentage of "alcohol". It doesn't even smell like alcohol! Total scam! And I paid 39.67 swiss francs for this !!! It is sick how these people are taking advantage of people in this moment of emergency and despair. More than a fraud, it's inhuman. I have been trying to reach them, but they never reply. They better give my money back or I am going to spend all my compulsory free time letting the world know what they are doing. This is a crime! Order number: PHA-CH-200313224734c97”

“Do not order anything from Carethy. Totally unreliable. Say they have stock when site shows they do not. Substitute items for other that are out of stock. Do not reply to emails. Are not based in UK. I paid through PayPal and complained to them - they found in my favour because Carethy didn’t reply to them, and refunded my money.”

“I’m not saying it isn’t a scam until I receive the products but I have just been informed by Royal Mail my delivery is at Greenford depot and will be delivered tomorrow. All bad reviews are post corona so I will update tomorrow but for now let’s not be too hasty x”

“Do not buy anything from carethy as it is a scam site. I unfortunately learned the hard way after paying for merchandise that I never received . Hope other people who are thinking to buy something from this site will stay away from them .”

“I order hand sanitizer 3 weeks ago and now its well past due date for delivery. Haven't received it yet. On tracking it shows that the product was shipped from Spain 10 days ago. Not sure when i will receive it. I wrote several times to them, but no response.”

“Ordered hand sanitizer a month ago, it's 2 weeks past the due date. Haven't received a package, no one has contacted me even though I've reached out five times. I understand the crisis and how busy they must be, but seeing how tons of people are saying this company is a scam and no one has contacted me. I'd say it is. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM”
