YOU CAN GET A REFUND BE PERSISTENT!!!!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! I placed an order on 20/02/2019 which I was supposed to receive on 05/03/2019. When this did not happen I became curious and began reading reviews. Once I saw 1 star I already lost hope of getting a refund. I contacted them and they said it will take 14 days in order to get my refund. I waited 10 days and knew I was just wasting my time so I contacted them back today and threatened to file a complain by KLACHTENKOMPAS here in Netherlands. I got a respond and a refund almost immediately. Never again

I spent over €130, ordered on 27th February, was supposed to receive on March 11 and today, March 19 the response to my inquiry is that the "product" is out of stock and to ask again in 24 hours. Any decent company would have exolained which out of the 6 productts I ordered were unavailable ( which given that they took my money and the time that has passed, is unacceptable ). Furthermore it seems there is the possibility of added shipping costs or taxes or whatever... Let's see how it goes. So far I regret having made the order, too much incompetence and lack of transparency. And even if I get my money back, uit wiil have been an interest free loan for them. Someone should crack down on companies like this .

Really bad customer service! Bought products from UK and it's been more than 15 days now! I have received an email from them saying that the product I bought is out of stock and they are waiting for the supplier! OI? How can you sell something that if you haven't got it? Really upsetting

Placed my order on 24th feb 2019. But no confirmation mail. Then I sent them mail to ask where my parcel is but no reply . The tracking number they provided cud not b tracked . So I registered my case to pay-pal on March 7th and today on March 13th I got my parcel on which they have put the dispatch date March 4th. Don't know that's true or its pay pal's effect. But thank God got my parcel. But one thing is confirmed they do have very poor customer service

This is the worst by far of any company that I have dealt with!!!! Be very very very careful in dealing with them They take your money even if they do not have product in stock They do not tell you until you chase them When you then cancel, it takes over 30DAYS to get the refund - therefore NEARLY 2MONTHS from original order to getting refund!!!! I had to case then DAILY before gettinbg the required response - ie my money back Dreadful service & without doubt the worst company ever There are plenty of competitors to buy from - its what I will be doing now I finally have my money back!!!!!

The worst ever experience. I have ordered online. They've charged my VISA-card. They have NOT delivered anything after SIX WEEKS and they DO NOT REPLY to any communication. They do not have a phone number, and it seems like a con company. WARNING!!!

Ridiculous. Debit money from my credit card but do not process or send me an invoice. When I contacted them, they send me 1 of 3 items and still want to argue that the order was corrected. They charged me triple the price of what is on the website. Never buy from them.

I made an order from your site of 10 bottles of 1000mg spirulina capsules on tuesday and never received a confirmation email. The order total was £113.09 and I'm now very worried after reading reviews of your business online and its is extremely concerning not to have order acknowledgement especially since you have already taken payment. My bank has now contacted me to say I must destroy my card because of suspected fraud. Please let me know what is happening with this order or I will be pursuing further action.

Never sent goods said they were never in stock but could not cancel until I contacted them. Do not use them big scam!!!!! Said will refund but I dont expect they will.

I want my ORDER or MONEY BACK that I’ve paid for and I will never go away as I see there is numerous reviews online saying you never send the product or pay the money back

The product did not arrive and they simply don't know what happened. They didn't send another product, they did not gave me back my money. Horrible!

My order was lost in transit and I was promised a refund. The refund never materialized. They have ignored my emails .

Twice I bought on Carethy and both times the orders did not ship. Weeks went by with no updates.They charged my account, but never contacted me to tell me that the item that I purchased was out of stock (yet still available for sale on their website). It took 3 to 4 weeks after that to finally get a refund. Don't buy from them...not reliable and terrible communication.

Avoid for any cost!!!!We've placed the order for 15th November 2018.Its supposed to arrive at 27th of November .Then, we started to write messages and e-mails to customer service and asked where is our order.They pretended to look like they do not have your order details and e-mail address. Finally they found our order in January.There answer was simply as out of stock, but the same time they were bombing my e-mail box with letters advertised for the same product, which obviously out of stock.we started asking for a refund on 2nd of Jan.2019 ,again they started to make excuses and only 9 Jan. they agreed to refund which took more than 14 days as they promised. So I wrote the e-mail that we asked for a refund on 2nd Jan 2019. nearly 1 month gone and no refund yet. So, after so much time spending for e-mails and waiting, they have used our £80 for 2,5 months .It's like 0% loan for them.I will never order any products from this company.I wish them to close this company and stop ripping off people.
